I found Fiora Cavazza can kill a SAFE agent, is this a bug or something? I thought SAFE can prevent "neutralize".

I'm pretty sure I've seen this come up before, but I haven't been able to find it in bugs. Updating now.

I just tested Fiora Cavazza on Silvio Barbarigo (always safe), everything was normal. At the end of the conflict, Fiora Cavazza lost 3 heath and Silvio Barbarigo was back to HQ, as safe as he always be.
But I didn't test it on agents gaining safe from other scources.

I'm sure SAFE from Dante can't defend Fiora Cavazza, I met this situation twice in multiplay, can't test it in story mode.

ok, i just finished the test. SAFE from Dante Moro or Evasive Maneuvers can't protect an agent from Fiora Cavazza. I am not familiar with attaching pictures, but it can be tested by putting Dante, Evasive Maneuvers and Fiora Cavazza into a deck, and use their abilities on oppoent's agents, then block the agents with Fiora Cavazza.

This might be almost working as intended... SAFE protects against the next damage or neutralize. Fiora's neutralize happens after the combat phase. The problem is that she does no damage (usually) during combat.
If Fiora's power was non-zero, then a SAFE effect would block the combat damage. If it was a one-time effect, the attacking agent would be vulnerable to her neutralize. The buggy part is if the SAFE effect is used up blocking zero damage.

Safe was never used up if an agent gets into combat with other zero power agents, like any of the popular walls. So there's no reason fiora should be any different.
Was this fixed? Can someone confirm?
