Using Ancestral Discovery doesn't erase this memory anymore. I was able to do an infinite loop of Ancestral Discovery in at least 5 games last night.

We've just fixed it and will be available in a coming patch. Thanksfully that memory is not a surprise, and I think you need two such memories in order to work.
Note that while I'm answering here, we are going to release a patched version as soon as possible with most of the bugs you'll discover and report here.

Thanks for the update, Hurdler! I actually didn't realize this until my 4th game. The first 3 games I was playing against somebody using discard as well and I thought the Ancestral Discovery's I can get from the archive were discarded by his Divine Intervention so I didn't suspect anything. It was only in the 4th game that I realized I can do an infinite loop when my opponent wasn't playing any Faith cards but he did play Monteriggioni and this is how I realized I can do the infinite loop... and yeah, I'm afraid I abused it for one more game to get my daily 500 but I'm glad a fix is on the way. I promise I won't abuse this bug while I wait for the update (unless somebody else is using it)

This bug has NOT been fixed in version 2.16.
Ancestral discovery is still discarded.

Just chiming in to confirm that this is still bugged.
Somebody just exploited it to overcome my Forgotten Temple deck - dude pulled Ancestral Discovery out of the archive each time he played it.
Oddly enough, the archive leaves a visual copy of AD there each time that it's played, so in scanning through the archive it looked like 6+ ADs had been played, despite my deck not having any... and despite him only having one of his own cards in hand when we switched sequences.

Just had someone exploit this bug against me. He kept pulling ancestrals out of the archive with ritual sacrifice so he could try to take all of the cards out of my hand. I hate players who exploit known bugs.

I hate players who exploit known bugs. Yeah, that is so cheesy. Last time the bug was there someone did it to me. That was when it was +1 income. Lamoid abusers.
