We got many issues with Sites that can be played as surprises.

They don't trigger effects like with Gaspar, or Basilica di San Pietro.

They don't interact with the Archive the way they should.

They don't contest influence like normal sites.

We'll check them all to be sure.

I can confirm the Gaspar bug is fixed. I think the others are too but I could never replicate the other bugs consistently to confirm now other than to say I haven't experienced bugs with them since the update.
