SECTION A - Troubleshooting the game (crashes, errors etc)[/b]
1) Help! I only played 1 or 2 games but it says "Maximum reward earned today"
Answer: Basically your connection to uplay was lost. Check your connection on the front screen and retry another match. Try to keep your internet stable throughout matches.

2) I cant connect to uplay, but everything else works fine.

3) The online gameplay appears slow or it stutters.
Answer: You or your opponent may have a connection issue.

4) I sometimes receive a "Network out of Sync" error.

5) I have a bug to report, where do I do this?
Answer: We have a section in the forum that the Ubisoft staff read here. Please post bug reports to the latest version's thread (e.g. Bug report for v1.6.7 (16 Feb update)). It will be stickied.
6) Inviting a friend to play online isn't working
Answer: From the developers:
Invite function does fonction. Here's a quick guide to set it up.
- Make sure you and your friend are friends in the gamecenter apps
- Make sure the invite function is set to on in the gamecenter app
- Check the restrictions on your Ipads so multiplayer games are allowed
- Back in AC recollection, press on versus mode
- Press the invite friend button and invite your friend to play
- When the gamecenter window shows ready, press play.
If you see a message "The game was cancelled" disregard this message, this is a bug that will be fixed in the next patch (with the iphone version).
Juste remember there are no Animus credits awarded for a friendly match. You also gain fewer xp for a victory and a defeat.
Have some nice friendly matches!
7) My boosters that I bought disappeared from a connection error
Answer: It has been confirmed that boosters don't actually disappear even in an error. The cards are automatically added to your collection. If you know which cards you do have, you can go to the sequence builder and see what new cards you have. It might be hard to spot but it's definitely there.

8) How do I get in touch with Ubisoft support for Recollection? [/b]

1) I want to trade cards with other people, how can I do that?
Answer: The Auction House is something we've been waiting for since this game's launch. It is currently slated for April release.

2) What does agent ability *X* mean?
Answer: Here is an entire library of agent abilities currently in AC:R, including Fierce, Official, Threat, Safe, and much more.

Answer:
- REMOVE YOUR UPLAY APP. It makes Recollection app's connection 10x more stable.
- Avoid switching apps, uplay connection doesn't like that.
- Avoid letting the iPad go to sleep too.
- Otherwise you can select VS mode. It will say it can't connect, but after 4-5 times it should connect.
- Otherwise, force close the app from the app switcher menu on the ipad, and reopen.
