This is a complete combo deck but I have had fun playing and building it.
Core Cards 5 - The Discovery 5 - Maffeo Polo 4 – Juno 5 – Georgios Kostas 4 – Devoted Scholar 5 – Incite Revolt
Support 5 - Political Patronage 4 - Knowledge is Power
2 - Family Heirloom
2 - Quick Study 4 - Quick Study 3 - Piri Reis 3 - High-Stakes Negotiations 3 - Scientific Espionage
Total - 50
The idea I had was to build a deck around Maffeo Polo(Opponent Memories have DEFENDER), Georgias Kostas (Memories With DEFENDER cannot score more than their opponents score in the region), and Juno. With that on the board your opponent can never score if you never do. Then you can build your income with Devoted Scholar and Incite Revolt to win with Juno while also drawing any more cards you may need.
I have been tweaking this deck a lot. The above is just my current version of it. I think the Core Cards are solid but the support cards could be almost anything. I need a lot of answers in case some of the combo gets countered, destroyed or about to be destroyed. Most cards with abilities like Abbazia di san Mercuriale that once in play can mess up my combo are Assassin cards so I like High-Stakes Negotiations since it can destroy and Assassin agent or site.
If anyone else likes the idea of this deck please comment on what you think or would add/remove.
Edit -Updated with current changes
P. S. - I have to give credit to jeremyat/JATATT, he has an awesome Juno deck and it gave me the idea to include Incite Revolt and discard it. He just posted it too.

That was an epic game, I can tell you this works in this meta cos no one packs direct removal anymore, much less surprise speed removal. If you get the combo down its curtains for a lot of decks. But man it's painful for everyone involved excruciatingly slow

Nice deck! A few days ago I wanted to build a similar one but I sold all my Maffeos a while ago when I needed credits. ;-)

I like this idea! Will definitely play with it a bit when I'm back home...

Even though I really like the concept, I think the deck is too slow. I just played it 5 times and lost all 5 times before I could get the combo (Georgeos/Maffeo) out.
Working on a faster variant...

... History Glitch and/or Animus Reboot are missing in your deck ;-) Why don't you pack one of each and play 5x Family Heirloom to pick out the cards you really need...
I can imagine as Roebidoebi says, it can be a bit too slow as you posted it.
I'm also thinking of ditching the Juno idea and play a much more aggressive style. Somthing more in the line of Il Carnefice/Pantheon/Incognito ;-)
Don't know exactly which cards, but as mentioned... I will try some ideas this afternoon! Still like this combo ;-)

When AI first dropped the combo on me I was like omfg. Obviously AI wasn't smart enough to not attack with them though But being so painfully slow makes me wanna kill myself so I'll try something faster, I think Altair is a natural synergy here

Rob (Roebidoebi) I have been pretty lucky with it and only a few times I couldn't get that combo out. But I could easily see where that would be a an issue because I always had that problem getting the combo in ESR decks. Maybe putting in more Quick Study's would help since Family Heirloom can't tutor for Georgios. UnCL0NED I like the idea of History Glitch and even Animus reboot, but no idea what to take out. If I take out Juno for other Order winners it would be a completely different deck. It would only work if you had instant win cards like you pointed out Pan/Ri or Il Carn with Incognito but it would be fun. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with. You have to share. Tuism it's usually never that slow that was just an odd game. You killed 3 of my incite revolts with Holy Day so early and then I couldn't draw anything but useless support cards. All I had was the combo on the board. By the time I got cards to play you just countered everything. I seem to be having epic games against you though recently.
