Maaaaan, that sounds like fun. However yeah after ACR I don't know if Ubi will get any money from me anymore. I'm into physical card games now (Android Netrunner is the best thing since sliced bread), with an online version via Octgn. Anyone here play on Octgn? It's not the most polished thing ever but it's free and AWESOME Hi Tuism! Yea I know the board game Android Netrunner, but I haven't play it yet. It looks really great, however it's so expensive for buying the real game and the packs.. I saw that you have posted a link of Octgn, but seems it's not for mac users .. BTW, come to play DoC with us, it's fun and don't need to play the real money!

hey lurifax, I am staying at ELO 1 you know what, I realized that it's much easier and faster to win the games and earn gold/exp in the lower level for the beginners like us. I was at ELO 780, I spent 15-20 mins to win or lose a game, but in low level we will encounter many robot users who use the hero "Belias", they just auto attack with his ability, 2-3 mins for finishing a game!

BTW, come to play DoC with us, it's fun and don't need to play the real money! The real game and the packs work out to be MUCH cheaper than games like Magic - if you're going by the allusion that playing Netrunner is expensive because of your experience with Magic - it isn't that bad AT ALL! I say that cos I'm the biggest scrooge when it comes to games, I quit MtG like 10 years ago precisely cos it was eating up all my monies. Android Netrunner is an LCG - Living Card Game - that means one Core box contains most of the cards you need, and there are no random booster packs. All expansion packs (called data packs) are once off purchases with full playsets (3x of each card in the expansion), so, again, you'll not have to get boosters. The value you get out of this game is just phenomenal Unfortunately yeah Octgn is non-mac... You could VM Windows or Bootcamp boot into Windows but that's down to individual technical capability. I haven't tried to yet. It's REALLY cool I'll get DoC and see if it tickles my fancy, but I'm really not too happy about Ubi at the moment. It's even deterred me from buying AC Revelations and AC3

Killing, so you are gold farming for more cards? Looks like several are doing that. The gold and xp for winning and losing are too close. That's really dumb IMHO. I have the same issues with long games. They are very close mostly, but that makes the game fun IMHO. I just don't get much better decks, but don't care much. When I do find 20 minutes I want them to be fun.
Tuism, sounds like a fun game. I just can't play physical card games anymore. When I have the time I don't have any RL friends to play with. That's why I like the online CCGs.

Yeah, 2 mins to finish a game is very quick, if we meet an opponent's hero who is not Belias, just quit the game. it's really fast to have a nice deck by this way, then it would be more fun to play i guess XD btw, if you reach to ELO 501, you have to surrender 10 times to get to ELO 500!

Looks like I won't be playing this at all - "access to this web site is revoked in your country" is the message I get when I attempt to log in w/my UPlay account. No U.S. access? Well, I never!

hey lurifax, I see you are online now, wanna try 1 game together? Practice mode versus friend. if yes, I think we both need to go to Practice menu, so that we can start a game.

Saw your message too late. I'm done for today.
I understand why you are grinding / gold farming. The rate of new cards is just awfully slow. With no circulation of cards the games become repetitive. It may also be the game design, but I already feel the cloud of freshness of the game disappear to unveil a very simple game with little to offer in the long run. It's no ACR, unfortunately, I can see that already.

XD After farming 1min games till Lv15, the game is getting fun because we got some good rare/epic cards and bought a 'void raising box' for 1400 seal(reward), then the game begins ^^

So how do you do this farming? Do you abandon games and don't get points until you get ELO 1?

I can't find the game on the App Store.... What gives? I can google it and see it, but can't search for it on App store, hence can't download it. Is it not in the US store?

Wild, it may not be in the US store. I remember when it was only in France and it didn't work here in Denmark. I guess it is a little payback for all the stuff US get that EU don't, like better Netflix and so on.

So how do you do this farming? Do you abandon games and don't get points until you get ELO 1? hey lurifax! sorry for the late reply, just saw your question now! Yes, you have to abandon 10 times at ELO 501, then your ELO will drop to 500, just keep abandoning till ELO 1, so you will meet some players who use bot program (i guess) to auto attack, then I made a deck with all the low-cost creatures for deploying them as many as possible. each game takes about 1.5-2 mins I'm playing OTK deck with a 90% win rate before ELO 1000, after ELO 1000, it's getting harder and harder.. so many "crazy real money decks" at this level...
