[normal][fixed] Merchant Guild issue

Income effects reduces the score in the region where the merchant's guild is e.g. when opponent's Corrupt Herald scores, you lose 1 influence in the region.
Not sure if cards like collateral damage/brilliant burglery works (suspect they do).
If this is intended, the text of the card needs to be updated.
