Any recover agent with magnetic played on them will recover with +3/+3 the turn AFTER the magnetic wears off. So the first time it recovers it will go to what it used to be, the rest of the game it'll be +3/+3 bigger. This is similar to the double fierce magnetic bug.
(Tuism)
Bronto's note: the double fierce issue has been fixed. What about this one?
FIXED: the mecanics will change and this is now obsolete. More info soon maybe from Marc.

Actually it's not strictly a bug. We have some uncertainty in the recover ability definition. I've found out that Magnetic Personality works in such way: for example, Lia de Russo 4/4 (Recover), that was Sudden exhausted to 0/4 and after that had given Magnetic Personality (3/7 + Fierce + Recover). After attack she's resting and at the end of rest first she recovers to maximum points of Power and Health she had (becomes 4/7) and then receives -3/-3 (as effect of magnetic personality) and becomes 1/4. After next unblocked attack she's resting and at the end of rest she recovers to maximum points of Power and Health she had (becomes 4/7). So in more simple case without Sudden Exhaust she would be 7/7 eventually.

Well your scenario is exactly the same as the one I described - it's a 0/4 that got +3/+3, recovers to 0/4, then next recover goes to 3/7 - AFTER the magnetic wears off.
I don't think it's right for it to recover once to what it was when the Magnetic was played on it, THEN to recover again to the same dude WITH the magnetic +3/+3
Or maybe it's as intended. But I can't really tell why. Gods this who recover business is difficult to understand.

I don't know how to formulate this one. Because as you said, we have some uncertainty about recover. One thing is sure, if it is WAI, it is not intuitive and should be reworded. If it is not WAI, then we need to gather more infos on the buggy situations that we face when sudden Exhaust, Magnetic Personality etc are played. That's why it's [high], because it affects gameplay situations and many cards. And that's why it is [confirmed] because it's is sure that we need actions here. But I should let it stay unconfirmed for a while maybe.
Suggestion on how to handle that are welcome.

This thread is asking for clarifications to devs. Both should be linked.

Problem is we have no 100-pages Comprehensive Rules document like for Magic: the Gathering Not to mention endless Oracle rulings

In fact that's for the best. ^^ A game that requires too much knowledge to be played correctly is not very friendly and should be constantly simplified. In gaming, it's called "burden of knowledge" and it's an old flaw of old games. :]

Totally agreed. That's why I would like for them to change the magnetic text instead of some crazy ruling on recover. that, and recover needs a clarification. We should probably make these clear in two different bugs.

That's indeed a bug.

Moved a bunch of posts to another topic about recovery, will move that post into bugs out of dear devs. This bug is specific: magnetic personality on an agent with recover.
