I was thinking the same. It's very possible that some card/cards are artificially low due to that exploit and they were putting their illicit gains into the top 5 or so cards.

I think this is a good example of a time that was justified from not making a bug public. Looks like the prices are steadily dropping because people are competing against each other not one person buying the cards and then spamming the market with the bug.

The prices were higher not lower, since they could afford to buy out all the cards from people not using the bug then place the cards back unlimited times at whatever price they wanted.
