Seems this card is pretty buggy lol
From what I have experienced, if Gardener is killed (in my case from an agent with the same stats 2/2) then the it will cause an Out of Sync issue probably due to the fact it doesn't know whether to get erased or go to the archive.

I got one killed and he went in the Archive without issues.
We may need more infos.

well I guess the other thing would be that I had two, one in the HQ and one that got killed.
Although I don't remember the second one being there the first two times it happen however.
And remember, it was a double suicide, Gardeners and the other agent (Cento Ochi Footpad - 2/1) were killed at once. I do remember in the game before the same scenario happened with Turkish Assassin (2/1)
