Here's a concept I'm still working on, but as it is already a lot of fun to play, I'll post it here instead of the Competitive section (even though it has a higher win rate than my Abbazia - Thorpe deck, which is also still under construction)...
Build up: 5x Political Patronage 5x Den Defense 5x The Discovery
Agents: 5x Maria Auditore 5x Niccolo Machiavelli 5x Odai Dunqas 1x Altaïr, Learned 1x Sofia Sartor
Support: 3x Tactical Upheaval 4x Scientific Espionage 4x Bearer of Mixed Tidings 3x Man of the People 4x Incite Revolt
Playbook: Get Maria out asap to start spamming Odai. Or choose Odai when playing Niccolo. As soon as you have 3 to 4 agents out and enough income try playing Man of the People or BoMT... Altaïr is awesome for infinite blocking or to score those final points and I put 1 Sofia in there, to stop site heavy decks. Choose her if you see your opponent outruns you with his sites (happened already against this deck). Only big problem are heavy counter-decks. But if you get Maria in the first turn you're usually golden.

Omg Maria. There's another combo happy card. I'm really wondering if all this infinite combos are good for the game. Thought devoted scholar was bad enough, now try it with tutoring

This is no infinite Tuism. there is alot that works atm, but i dont see any problematic infinite combo. Otherwise the replacing of basilica di san pietro is also infinite, ay? comboed with an engeneer u also draw infinite and get income

Infinite odai, cos he will fetch another. Ok not infinite but quite a few of them. For almost free. Or incite revolt for infinite tutor + income. Or Maria Thorpe for instant agent/site kill (not as bad as abbazia though).

Infinite is only a problem, if I have weak board position and no cards in hand that can interact with the board.

Infinite is only a problem, if I have weak board position and no cards in hand that can interact with the board. This is true! I lost a lot of games with the Abbazia - Maria Thorpe combo, because my opponent could easily deal with the site or outrun me. And the combo in this deck is not infinite, but just really fast way to get multiple Odai's out. It still loses every now and then!

Have you tried the same kinda thing with devoted scholar yet? Cheaper to start, incite revolt is infinite

No, Not in this deck. But putting in 1 Devoted scholar is actually a very cool idea! Once all the Odais are in play I can tutor the Devoted Scholar and start drawing cards to make this deck more potent in the late game! Thanks for the tip! Will try this out soon!
I am working on a Merchant Guild deck with Devoted Scholar, The Discovery and Incite Revolt... ;-) I'm just not sure yet if Scholar/Media is the best choice for this deck. I'm considering changing it to Scholar/Faith. But I will post that soon to hear your guys' opinions...

Maria requires an Agent to be discarded. Nothing infinite here with the revolt.

Well, in a way it is infinite, when you play revolt to put your archive back in your deck. ;-) But this deck is not meant to be played infinite... It's supposed to fill your HQ with big agents fast...
I have encountered several opponents already who play other types of rushdecks that give you faster agents that will continue to grow bigger, so I think this deck is not as competitive as I initially thought it would be...
Might move it to the fun section!
