So this is a sequence I put together on a whim, and I hope it's competitive. It was a LOT of fun to play, it was kind of a clusterf--- against the opponents I've played. It usually hits with too much to be countered, so long as you get a good start. Granted, with all the new cheap counters, I can see this not lasting too long in the meta.
Sites:
4x Topkapi Palace Gardens
4x Palazzo Library
4x Sophia's Office
4x Hidden Vault
Agents:
3x Ottoman Gunman
5x Kadir
2x Salei
Actions:
4x Den Defense
4x Political Patronage
3x Uneasy Alliance
3x Incognito
4x The Clothes Make the Man
2x With Great Power
4x Field Study
The gist of this deck is that it's a site deck at heart, and the agents exist to take advantage of this (except Salei, who's just for draw power and cannon fodder).
When Kadir is in play, you draw a memory every time a site is replaced. And in the event you play Topkapi Palace Gardens, you draw one memory per Kadir in play per replaced site (Topkapi replaces all your sites in play). Tied with field studies and TCMTM, the draw power from this deck is really intense and cheap.
Since there are memories for giving abilities to the sites like dominant and deception, this deck works wonders in really throwing the opponent off and actually doing massive damage. They don't know what to try and block or where to try and block it by mid game.
Sophia's Office fills your sites early on and gives great income, and Palazzo Library allows you to bounce back your topkapi gardens constantly and replay them for beefing your sites and draw power (just be aware to play it on the actual garden memory and not on one of the virtual copies!!!!). Hidden Vault's ability is fantastic -- it just adds its 3 to the site you lay it on, so you keep any abilities already on it. Great for boosting dominant or deceptive sites (especially topkapi which also has defender). The Ottoman Gunman is there for cheap defense, resources, and his ability if you have the time to use it.
I actually lost a game with this sequence because I couldn't scroll through my hand fast enough to play memories I needed. And like I said, this deck is a blast to play.
