sry but in order to build a really strong thieves deck youmneed alot of expensive cards or atleast more lanz. i would recommend you to build order rush decks since they are rather cheap and strong for starters

1x Thief of the hundred eyes I think I understood what you meant when you listed your cards but which one is this? Is this the Master Assassin?

Sadly Thieves Decks are expensive to play because good guys are rare.
You can still pack 25/30 of them, add the media card "Bearer of Mixed Things" (not expensive in the market), a few solutions agaisnt Agents and sites, and some "Underground Maze" to get something decent for a cheap price.

Pre expansion, thieves deck are good. Right now, they are just ok. I am talking about competitive decks. I have a media/crime one. It's very expensive. 5 of each: Antonio, la volpe, damat, lanz, ezio assassin, pp, mag.personality, forced charity.

Forced charity is a bad card this meta.

Expensive, too many counters being used, just delays you.

It's still one of the few crime cards that give u some 'draw' and income at the same time.

Just use tactical upheaval and the crime 1 cost tutor agent card for similar benefit, half the cost. Tu is quicker anyway. The problem with using FC is that early game it's too expensive to risk being countered, since losing an entire day is death in this meta with most games spanning 5 or so days, mid game, you should be already launching your kill conditions, and late game it's either useless if your winning or makes you wait half a day again if your desperate, even if it's not countered.
Before when cards like den defence didn't exist, and games took longer it was usable, and good since a long haul was often needed, to keep you going, but with so many cards speeding up the game it's not got a place in my decks. By the time you run it the games already over.
Kip is still good for green decks though, cheaper so it is often left alone opponents who would rather counter a more expensive card.

But I don't have good targets for TU in my 2 main crime decks... not until I reach a few income. :/
