Nine circles and nine sequences in brotherhood and revalations. 3 and 8... Oops. Three and five... Nine targets in the first game, + Al Mualim
Could it be him? Nah. Savanarola (DLC) had 9 lieutenants, and 3 and five were Condoterrio and Farmer.

I found it. What... . green or blue?
I would guess Cesare, since the family tree could be the Borgias and someone already said Lucrezia.

I'll come out of my lurker's cave to give this a try. I have an answer that fits so well if it's not the solution, it should be. The chain at the bottom is the Ottoman Sultans, with the break in the chain representing the Interregnum when there was no Sultan. The numbers are the 4th, 5th, and 6th Sultans in the chain, Bayezid II, Selim I, and Suileman. The solution is Ahmet, Selim's brother that never became Sultan and thus doesn't get a number in the chain.

Hey Jemy, great answer! I don't think it's true (what about the line between circle 3 and 5?), but it's a cool explanation, nonetheless. I have given up on this one a few days ago...

Respect all over your face. Good answer. I guess juno, though, cuz of the planets and stuff.

ok , i guess it was too cryptic?
the circles at the the bottom are the planets, ordered 1-9, that goes with the family tree thing, saturn was the father of jupiter and hera (juno) who were also husband and wife. Mars , or Ares was their son.
the line between 3 and 5 , was referring to the latest mission to jupiter (called JUNO) .
the pale blue dot was a reference to carl sagan, to try and make people think of the planets!
dont know why i bother sometimes !
ill keep the card !
