Deck: Ordered Criminals

Im going on holiday and have been using this deck for my 500 grind, but Im going to retire it and find something new. I thought I would post it while Im on a break in case anyone wants any use out of it.
Its fully tuned and designed for consistency, not anything flashy so can get a bit dull. I sideboard with 3 cards depending on opponents I recognize.
The standard build:
5 x Romani Pickpocket (0/1 - cost 0 +1 income : pay 1 score 1)
5 x Teodor Viscardi (0/1 - cost 0 +1 income : pay 8 become 4/4)
5 x Discreet Calling (cost 1 +1 income : Tutor a thief)
3 x Den Defence (cost 1 +2 income : surprise)
5 x By Order of the King (cost 1 +1 income : Tutor Noble)
5 x Tactical Upheaval (cost 2 +1 income : Switch power/health surprise)
5 x Lanz (1/1 cost 3 : when scores thieves get +1/+1)
5 x Borgia Tower (cost 3 +1 income : When agent campaigns get +1/+1)
5 x Court Order (cost 4 : Neutralize target launching memory)
4 x Suleiman (cost 5 : Neutralize target launching agent/action)
47 base cards.
Sideboard
3 x The Plan (if I want to protect lanz - this is what I use against unknown decks)
3 x Antonio (if I am facing a heavy site deck)
3 x Smoke Signal / Forced Charity (If I feel I need to accelerate the deck)
3 x extra counters of choice (Sometimes I like to use a more heavy counter deck)
3 x Ruthless Kidnapping (Vs Media agent based decks)
These are the sideboards I have tested but I am sure you can change out a few extra, the deck works without these 3 side-boarded cards so these are to give you an edge, rather than any sort of win condition.
Note : I sometimes swap out Den Defence with Vantage point, if I know the opponent hugs his resource curve too tightly.
The basic strategy.
Day one you need to gain resources. Depending on your hand, you can either drop 1 or 2 0 cost cards, or tutor for some 0 cost cards, or if really lucky play den defense and a combo of the above. You basically want a minimum of 4 income after the first half day, more preferable is 5 or 6.
Once you have that then if you have counters in your hand, ensure you always keep enough to launch them at any time. EG: at 6 income you generate 3 per half day, so if you want to launch Suleiman then you must keep 2 income after launching any card to be able to use him. Basic counter strategy.
Its a nice deck since you can tutor for agents, money or even a counter.
The goal is to build your agents, this can be done in a variety of ways depending on what your hand gives you:
Sites - campaign the agents on Borgia Tower to grow daily.
Lanz - Use the thieves to grow, after each attack.
Neither - Use income to pay for a 4/4 agent and pickpockets to gain 2 in 2 reagons, so a 4/4 only needs 2 successful scores to complete a region.
Other Strategies to be aware of:
Tactical upheaval on a pickpocket just after lanz scores makes her a 2/1 rather than a 1/2 and draws you a card.
Suleiman I sometimes use on my own actions If I have enough counters in hand and to secure a region quickly.
Try not to make lanz do all the work, if you have 2 Teodors on the board and 1 Pickpocket, drop a borgia tower first if given the option, as it will help in the long run more with the extra income and cause the opponent to try sort some strategy out over that tower, that wont even be the biggest problem for him in the next half day.
Against different decks, it helps to know and recognize what you are up against early on. When I lose it was often due to my own not recognizing the opponents deck early enough.
EG: Discard decks - Dont hold on to Suleiman, let him get eaten as a buffer while you concentrate on dropping lanz or tower. Once they are on the board, the natural growth will overwhelm heavy discard and you can tutor for anouther to protect against Wrath of the Righteous later on when you can afford it.
Anti Counter decks - A tougher matchup, but just let your agents do the work, and for these I tend to put the unblock-able on pickpockets so force the opponent to naturalize his own agents.
Counter heavy decks - If they out counter you, hopefully you got down a couple of Teodors and can grow them, while he sits waiting for nothing. After he has 5 income only play Suleiman or he will just remove your agents in the same way (unless he ran out of cards). Obviously drop your tower also.
Burn Decks - No matchup really, they dont compete.
Agent based decks - Your agent based deck is already strong, and you should be fine if you play it correctly.
Site Decks - You should mostly outrun them, unless your unlucky. Ensure you remember who plays them so you can sideboard next time correctly.
Various other decks - I cant really remember any other competitive ones, if you think of one, I will do my best to explain how I play against them when I am back from holiday.
Ciao
Ps Dont forget about pickpockets ability
