I made this deck:
It's fast and wins a lot of game within three rounds at least 8 out of 10. It's very effective if you need experience points fast. I use it to collect my daily 500 points.
Purple (38x) 5x political patronage (speed) 5x advanced training (extra damage and +1 gold) 5x altair learned (unblockable and recyclable) 5x magnetic personality (extra damage and blockers great killer) 4x Niccolo Macchiavelli (fast) -> weakest card in this set 2x Sofia sartor (fun if opponent has sites) 5x Ardent Actor (fast and +1 golf) -> best card in this deck 3x Pietro Rossi (extra damage combined with sofia's office and site killer) 4x Experienced city guide (fast)
Green (12x) 5x sofia's office (speeds deck, good for Pietro Rossi and keeps deck virtual small) 5x Ancient map (reduces deck to 45) 2x Piri Reis (great against surprise decks) -> maybe 3 or 4 also good
Gold (0)
Anyone suggestions for improvement?

Thanks! I think Pietro Rossi is underrated. He can make damage, destroy nasty sites and is strong enough with 3/2.

Some nice things going on here - Ardent Actor is indeed awesome, especially at +1 income. Advanced Training + Altair, Leanred is killer, Piri + any attacker seals the deal cos you can attack without worrying that any surprises will disrupt your attack. I just made the change of removing Machiavelli from the deck and increasing Piri. At first I thought of putting in Odai but then it became a different deck. Well done, good stuff

kyleess: Hahaha, funny typo indeed ;-) Tuism: I agree the Machiavelli is nice but the side effect of dropping a card is unpleasant as all the cards you get are useful. I will shift a few Macchiavelli's in favor of Piri. I tried Odai as well just like the green discard card to get four cards..
