A person has offered me the following: 5x[Political Patronage], 5x[Maria Thrope] for $20.
Is this price okay? Or should I juz spend my 20 on Animus Credits and chance it?
Thanks.
[1st Prize Competition!!!]
Since I was lucky? to meet this seller and took his offer, I now have a few surplus of the more popular rare cards and I'd like to spread the joy.
Up for grab today is 1x[Political Patronage] for a low low price of 1 Animus Credit.
But first, u've got to answer this simple question.
- There is/are character(s) in ACR cards' artwork that give the correct answer to this Math Riddle, "In a certain country ½ of 5 = 3. If the same proportion holds, what is the value of 1/3 of 10?" - What is/are the card name(s)?
The first post with the correct answer will win the prize!
P.S. pls leave ur ACR ID name with a 1 credit buying offer at the AH. I will sell u the card once I'm logged in again.
Thanks.

20 are around 11k points.
5k atm for 1 PP and 1k for 1Maria.
With around 13 assassins pack, u will probably not get them. So its very fair BUT
Be aware u have no security, if u using a system outside of those planmed in the game. Be coutious, that u dont loose ure money for nothing.

I agree it is a good deal. But you have to be absolutely sure of the persons motives. So you have to ask yourself if you trust him.

Plus to be honest, I don't agree on trading this stuff for real money, if a market for it develops it can badly skew the price of things on the animus credit market as people get a real incentive to manipulate virtual prices to justify selling for dollars. Which would suck for everyone.

Thanks for all ur advices.
But I'm afraid I went down the dark path and succumbed to greed.
Long story short, spent $25+one beer for 5 PP, 5 Maria T. and 5 Ezio, Mentor.
[Long boring version of what happened]
In a far far... away land that I live in, the growing TCG & CCG community gathers at a particular place every Sunday (where I met this player/seller last Sunday while people were crowding to gawp at his amazing collection of MtG, Yu-Gi-Oh! and ACR).
To be frank, no one was paying any real attention to ACR on his iPad but me. I guess not too many people have picked it up yet where I live, which is a shame (maybe it's bcoz there's nothing to hold like physical card games).
Anyhow, after a chat he seemed to be very friendly but I decided then that I wasn't gonna pay real money for virtual cards, so I politely declined his offer.
I guess that was when he noticed me drooling over his 15 Ezio, Mentor that he said he would throw 5 of them in for $5 more. And yes, that was when my virtue crumbled and I quickly shoved my money into his hands before the effect of his 2 cans of beer ran out. I ended up buying him another can after a few more chats.
Now, I'm afraid that I might find myself returning to the crime scene next Sunday to make another shady transaction for some Altair, Learned/Assassin. LOL.

LOL! It looks like you found yourself a real life virtual card pimp.
15 Ezio mentor seem a bit... Suspicious.
You can't play order or faith anymore after this. You are stuck to the dark side (of crime).

Yeah, that's the other thing. While the devs are pretty clued about exploits, who knows where 15 Ezios would come from... There's not even that many on the market.
Well so if there's no exploits, and he earned it the usual way, then all the more power to him.
Otherwise, well... Let's just hope it doesn't get out of hand.

The offer is real good honestly but I personally prefer to grind the daily 500 to get the card from market/booster. I am very surprise there is ACR virtual cards seller though since ACR is a very small community compare to other card games.

At first, I wasn't going to do it but then he made me such an offer and then I started to think about all those booster packs I bought that only gave me the worst rares (one time I bought 10 Assassin Revelation packs and got 4 [Maffeo Polo]).
What are the chances?! I now have 7 of him but I would have none of [Maria T.] or [Ezio, Mentor] if I didn't do it.
I think one of the reasons why he made me this really good offer was because ACR is still a relatively small community (especially, where I live i.e. everyone was crowding over MtG and Yu-Gi-Oh!) and he wasn't going to sell any by the looks of it.
So, now I'm finding myself thinking about getting some [Abbazia M.] to go with my [Maria T.] but I guess I really shouldn't bcoz buying with real money would ruin the system, right?

I hear you.
This dubious way of acquiring cards takes out the fun of the game.
OK, there's that instant gratification from getting all those rares in a jiff but it's not as satisfying as gradually accumulating 500 per day and then making an offer in the market to see if anyone will bite.
But mayb I could juz get those [Altair, Learned/Assassin] for a few bucks one last time? lol. Juz kidding. No more for me. Besides, I think I looked kinda out of place last time, paying the seller but getting no physical cards.
