When Sly Smuggler is taken with Change of Plan it is 5 5 when the opponent gets it instead of 3 3. I've had him stolen twice and this happened both times.
Can anyone else confirm?

Hm. Maybe because he's "coming into play" on the opponent's side, thus adding +2/+2?

It prob a bug in the games calculation.
It should be fixed

Confirmed in version 2.16.
Note that if you play a change of plans on the 5/5 smuggler you have just stolen it will become a 3/3 agent again.
