im not playing the league, but i run a very similar sequence. The main difference is that where u run discard i run counters. I have 5 cisterns, 3 bizant ruins and 5 tutors to find them. Oh and i dont have 5 pp, just 2 (working on it).
the funny thing is that i would probably crush u, since i have 5 odai and 5 vaults, wich makes your discard a LOT worse than my counters on the mirror. my decklist is like:
5x den defense 2x pp (should be the other way around) 5x selling dreams 5x santuary tutor (dont remember the name right now) 5x bitter farewell 5x nico 5x odai 5x vaults 5x cisterns 3x ruins 2x altair 3x instant site that costs 3 gold
ill probably include the agent removal memory, is a good idea for sure.

Graspbr: I think you would crush me too. In fact, my deck more or less folds to a single incite revolt.. But that's a meta game call. I assume you have problems with cards like assassins stronghold and piri? Btw, it's all about the draw. If I have Rossi in hand site based decks mostly can't keep up. If I don't I lose to deceptive site on top of gimignano (if I don't get it with discard first of course) Rex: thanks

A good Metacall is the key being competitive. Usually every deck has a bad matchup, and discard is perfect against strongolds. While the media gives you the speed, since enemy can allways have a top deck. So really well done falk

Played 5 games against Sobethon's Noble Rush today. It was great fun, since this deck has to be played a bit differently against such a fast deck. For example, in game 4 I had a God Draw of PP + Bitter Farewell + Divine Intervention + Mysterious Stranger + Odai. I had to wait with playing the DI because Sobethon had emptied his hand when Stranger resolved!
In the last game I lost because of a stupid mistake. But that's what happens when playing against a rush. Sometimes you play a card too early because you feel you have to get some board presence. In this case I played Pietro before scoring my dominant site, allowing Sobethon to run away with victori moments before I'd have won. Great game, that one.

Wow. If I didn't run 11s, I'd have gotten owned. Strong deck. (I'd change Ritual Sacrifice to Feed the Poor personally, but that's situational)

That's an excellent suggestion Joek. Ritual sacrifice was the final slot to decide in the deck, and I am still not convinced its correct. Feed the poor would help with speed and make me have fewer unplayable hands.
