2 Site Golden 1 Launching Memories cannot be neutralised.
It says "cannot be neutralised." So, launching memories can be erased, Guard Duty works pretty good against this.

It is in my favorite deck, which is not my league deck, and it works out 90% of the time as being complete protection. The erased aspect does some time sneak through in super counter heavy decks, but it is usually a solid card, one of my favorite site cards this expansion.

But at least you only have to worry about 5 potential Guard Duties instead of worrying about the other available counters (Suleiman, Court Order, Preemptive, Yerebatan, etc.). I actually use Guard Duty alongside Galata - great card!

I actually use Guard Duty alongside Galata - great card! Great combo idea... they cannot touch my cards, but I can touch theirs
