My "news" thing at the bottom of the opening screen is stuck at "we have received reports of network connectivity... etc... restart your iPad... Blah". That was from 20 April 2012...
Is it just me or is there a bug?
Marking high priority cos if people aren't getting update notices that wouldn't be good at all...

I have the credit news as well.
I wonder if there is a connection between which news a player is seeing and NOOS errors that we're getting.

I have all news including the 2.16 release. I don't think this is a bug, and should definitely not be in the high category...

I haven't updated yet, out and about roaming, but I do think it's a big deal as in many cases its the only line of communication between the devs and the players, for example regarding updates for people who doesn't go check their iTunes update queue, or important promotions, etc.
So me and Pete both haven't gotten anything new, is it perhaps region dependent? Anyone else not getting news?

Still no news for me. Did anyone else try deleting and reinstalling? That wiped the news for me.

The news items are (partially) stored in your profile. So my guess is that you are looking at the news when you're not fully synced with the Ubisoft server.
In any case I'll update the bug to confirmed.

I also have no news more recent than the connectivity issues on 20th April. So this is starting to look like it could be a region thing...
Can anyone else confirm they have not had an update to news?
