Wish that'd been the case two days ago when my Forgotten Temple deck looked like it was going to work perfectly:
Me with two Animus Reboots in hand. Opponent with agents/sites on board that I wiped with one Animus Reboot. He plays Carnevale (now has one card remaining). Animus Reboot again. He plays Carnevale again.

Yes. Yesterday after the release of version 2.16 I decided to check all the bugs I could easily reproduce. I do that with two iPads both running the same version in a friendly match.
I would be nice though if somebody else can confirm these bugs.

When I play myself I always get a NOOS error when I play calling all stand-ins, carnevale or call to action. When I play somebody else I sometimes get a NOOS error, and sometimes everything works OK. Very strange...
I'm playing on an iPad 1 and 3. Both games say they are 2.16...

Rob, I wonder if it also might be because you’re playing against yourself with the same IP on the internet because your home Wi-Fi router should be NATing your private IP to 1 public. Does one of your iPads have a cell modem to try and play test against yourself while on different ISPs? I am also making the assumption that you’re playing against yourself with different game center accounts.
Also this weekend after this new update and IOS 6 has had a few days to bake in, I plan to start going through all the bugs to see what is still valid and what isn’t. Provided the connectivity issues are truly resolved. Thanks a lot for the updates so far and you will get more help after Saturday morning.
