Mate! How CLOSE was that??? I laughed when you threw out Giovanni Auditore...and unless I landed some more collateral damage I figured I was a goner!
Am playing around with this deck. It seems to be logical to play given the income cutbacks in the last update (AC:R going through its own GFC???) and there are a number of good income denying cards. I need to balance it with a few counters (to handle the likes of Giovanni) and add a few more scoring agents/sites.
Your deck looked dependent on the engineers boosting your sites. A new one?

That was a great game, indeed! But no, that was not a new deck - it's actually a deck that Bronto shared before the nerf called the Countercrusher (to deal with Suleiman and Yerebatan before the nerf).
I find that in the current environment, it's still very competitive - I win roughly 70-80% of the time with that deck. It's not dependent on the Engineers and it's very deadly once Mentor is in play (surprisingly I didn't get one in our game given its Draw power).
I've played with it against other players who use income destruction (ID) as well and I haven't lost to ID yet using this deck - Sofia's Office, Engineer, Knowledge is Power and Forced Charity help offset the income lost in the beginning.
But you're right, you need more scoring agents or sites - I was actually waiting for you to play Corrupt Herald but you probably just didn't draw him in our game. Not sure if you have a viable counter since you're playing Faith - maybe include Condotierro Tactics? Seems like you didn't have any trouble with income in our game so you can easily play that plus it helps you a bit with Draw power.
