Ok so I've seen a lot of people talking about "force restarting" the app when you get a freeze on defeat. How do you do this? I normally just power off and restart.

1) Press home button to return to the home screen. 2) Double-press the home button to bring up the multitasking bar 3) Press and hold on the AC:R app in the bar (should be left most) 4) Press the little x icon top left of it Viola! Restarting the iPad takes forEVER. Have fun with this little technique

With the new OS, I use the five-finger swipe. Swipe five fingers toward the middle to shut the app, swipe five fingers up to reveal the bottom row, press and hold, click - button.

I need the jailbreak! It's like the saying though , you wait all day for a bus and then 3 come at once, it will be jailbreak, ACR update, SE update , all at the same time , I bet (a Juan Borgia) that this is true.

Even if I do the technique above it still crashes right after the opening. I have to restart the iPad or it won't work again.

Any day now to jailbreak 5.0.1 on the ipad2. I am still on 4.3.3 for the jailbreak ability. Can't wait.

guys you dont have to restart your ipad at all ^^ you can just clear the memory...same effect as restart as far as i know but muuuuch faster. to do that you have to press the off-button until the turn-off slider appears. then you release the off button and press the homebutton for like 5 seconds until it gets out of that turn-off screen of its own. thats all hf with it. sry for calling it the "off button" but i dont know the official name right now. hope you know what i mean^^

Closing and opening the app via double press home and cancel and reopening works for me.
