Could somebody please explain what SAFE means exactly on a card? Yesterday I played Ezio Auditore, Assassin (black) and appointed Silvio Barbarigo (red) to be neutralized, but he just didn't die? Does this mean that SAFE agents are really indestructible? Or is it a bug?
btw, Is there a thread on this forum already with all the abilities with their explanation listed exactly? I don't mind setting it up otherwise, But I don't know all the abilities myself...

It can be found in the "help" section of the game. In-game. It's well-explained.

Did you find it? BTW, SAFE does not give protection from cards like sudden exhaustion, "Erase" effects.

Well the SAFE effect is a bit ambiguous. The game describes it as being unable to be neutralised. But in practice it prevents the health of an agent being adjusted down. Therefore, for example, if a 5/5 agent gets safe (from say, Dante Moro), and you play Tactless Theatrics on it to give it -0/-2, safe will trigger and the agent doesn't get hurt. Then when you play, say a No Rest For The Wicked, which neutralises target agent, the 5/5 will be neutralised. So Safe is usually active until it triggers, then it goes away. Silvio is a special case and can never be neutralised (but for example Court Order, which says "erase" target agent, can take him out) I was thinking about exactly the same thing, doing a complete abilities guide

IT says damage. Unlike in other TCGs -health reduction counts as damage. It doesnt matter if its with an action or in a normal conflicr.

OHHHHH I just went and read it again. It says prevents the next Safe or Neutralisation. I thought it was like Mtg's regenerate... OMG MTG veteran fail. This game is full of those traps for experienced magic players Thanks for putting me right Rancord, noone else has all this time, HA!

Yep I found the list... Now it has become more clear. So I can erase an agent with Safe, but I cannot Neutralize it or Damage it... Cool! That makes "Safe" more interesting to use than I initially thought. Thanks again! I will just put a Thread up with a list of all abilities anyway, if you don't mind (for lazy people like myself) ;-)

Go for it! I was busy typing something up but you can finish it off if you'd like 1) SAFE Prevents the next damage or neutralisation. This ability is typically temporary and given by another card to an agent, and the protection is removed after the prevention. The one notable exception to this is Silvio Barbarigo, who is ALWAYS safe. P.S. MTG veterans watch out: This is not regenerate - it prevents damage and goes away, not only neutralisation. P.P.S. Safe does not prevent an agent from being erased. 2) FIERCE After a conflict (attacking and blocking agents), fierce agent will score in the region if it has higher power than the conflicting agent's health. P.S. MTG veterans watch out: A Fierce agent blocking can still score! P.P.S. 3) Official

Official is like Flying.
Did u realize that there is Unblockable as well. Vierre di Pezze He cant block official but cannot be blocked by official either. I think this is a mistake, and probably in early testing phase the abillity was called Unblockable and they forgot to change the text on the card. *I bet it still works like it would be official, didnt test it though*

Nah Unblockable is purely unblockable, even by Official agents. So it's a different ability. On Vierre di Pezze, did you notice he's probably the kid from the end of the Embers video? Look very similar. If HE could kill Ezio I guess he's really unblockable

Learned a cool trick from someone I played against. Use Dante to add safe to an agent with 0/3 or 0/4 and then play tactical upheaval - their attack will match their health and you get a very cheap strong agent.

3 card combo Only use that if all 3 cards are important to your strategy and you luck a situation like this at the right moment.

So Safe is usually active until it triggers, then it goes away. Silvio is a special case and can never be neutralised (but for example Court Order, which says "erase" target agent, can take him out) Erm, Court Order says neutralise. I need the truth! I know pre-empt does not work on Silvio. So what are the blue counters that one can use on Silvio?
