Last week, I had to wipe and restore my iPad (setting it up as new) to update to iOS 5.0.1. After that was done, I update the Recollection app to the most recent 1.5 version in the store.
Clicking the app and logging into Ubisoft, I've found that my previous credit balance was wiped out (I have a screenshot of my credit balance right before I restored the iPad). Now it's at 0 and the game is forcing me to go through the tutorials again, as if I'm a completely new player.
I'd appreciate any ideas on how to get my credits (that were bought with real dollars) restored. Can't seem to locate any contact info for Ubi support elsewhere. Thanks!

hiya, from previous experience the reinstall of the app initiates the tuturial, but once that it passed it communicates back to the server and all of your cards and credits will reappear. Unfortunately the only thing that is held client side (on your ipad) are your decks themselves so you will need to recreate those.
However to reiterate, all cards, stats and credits are held server side so should not be lost regardless of what you do on your ipad.
Welcome to the forums, I really hope you find it usefull.

Hey all—just going through the initial tutorial again restored all my cards, stats, and credit balance. Good to know for next time. @zed: you were right though, about the decks. I have to recreate them from scratch. Anyhow, thanks for the help!

Glad we could help, thankfully even with the bugs that are current in the game the servers seem to have never failed in regards to purchases I.e no lost credits or cards
