Tactical upheaval is situational since you cannot recycle it on your agents but when it finds a target it is a nice add to the deck.

Yes you can. That's the primary way I use it, to thin the deck. If you're sure to have agents on the field it's a fantastic card. That it can also be used against your opponents agents is just gravy in my book.

I got enough Lanz with it to get my confirmation it's a butcher deck.

I really think Tactless Theatrics is a must have if you want to survive in this meta. Media/Oder may be the strongest duo right now.

Can't wait to see what deck will beat it. Maybe a godly rush with Ezio da Firenze, don't know.

I tried a rush deck with Ezio and niccolo and political patronage but there is just not enough ultra aggressive agent and cool effect in only assassin.

Assassin seems more "control oriented" but I'm still looking to find something... tell me if you do find ;-)

Tactless theatrics is fine, but I'd max out to 3 copies because of site rush deck. I play against a lot of them lately, and teatrics is a realy dead card then.

Ok I played some, really strong, but green/red site Based is really annyoing, and mirror is such a luck-feast There is not much to outplay your enemy. Depends only if u have the better cards or him for the situations.

Silvio is pretty evil, and tactical upheavel on him brings back his attack.

Also Vatticano District is really evil against the deck,.

if you have the counter and are not forced to use them on other cards. I won 3 games now against Media/Order, where I kept pumping threats. if u time the influence at the right time, even the reduced influence to 0 isnt as good. Field study is very cheap, if you dont draw to many cheap sites, its getting real evil.

Also discard decks are pretty big against it. Silvio is also a pain for this deck. So generally Faith is the nemesis of purple/blue

I fail to see how silvio can be a real problem against this particular deck.
It can be countered and cannot block cesare :/

This deck is fast enough to outrun site rush, you let the small sites pass and just counter the big scary ones.

Full discard is anoying yes, but most discard decks cannot hold much longer once the first cesare is here.

This is true! I don't know why sometimes I can counter it and sometimes I can't. I think untimely end doesn't work on him, but maybe court order does? Not sure really. And Silvio is too slow against Cesare anyway.

well u missunderstand. Silvio comes with the discard. Of course you dont just use silvio in your deck and thats it
