<<Edited with a brand new Ezio's Amnesia deck further down >> Well, not in this deck If I had any Ezio Assassins I would probably play them. But alas I don't. This idea came from Bronto's Lanz/discard deck. I wanted to try something more interesting... And came up with this, lol 5 Plentiful Crops 5 Discreet Calling 5 Divine Intervention 5 Answered Prayers 3 Devout Citizens 4 Corrupt Heralds 4 Antonio De Margians 4 Brilliant Burglary 4 Ritual Sacrifice 5 Ezio De Firenze 1 Mario Auditore (need more) 3 Controlled Arson 1 Lia De Russo The templar cards in here are only discreet calling and Lia. I find that if I have discreet earlier it helps more than having Paola. But if I draw it later more likely than not it's a dead card. I also have to be careful about ritual sacrificing and getting templar cards. I'm still finding Ezio too vulnerable against Sudden Exhaustions and other beefers. I even thought of playing Family Heirlooms but that's just retarded -3 cost, no income. I tried to build a Media version of this with Magnetic & other stuff, even Niccolos but I don't really like discarding for Nico. And that I only have 2 Patronages. What do you think? Is building a deck around Ezio just too much?

I think it's been mentioned before but for me I just always seem to start with Ezio and then find another card that fits the deck better.
He's excellent bang for buck but it comes at a price.
If you went down the media route again, try calling all stand ins. mid to late game it's greater than Ezio and doesn't present you with Templar problems

Yeah I know! I find that that's the problem with Ezio. So what if I have to pay more - rushing to 10 gold is much easier to deal with than getting your card pool cut in half. BUT. It's a challenge, and I want to overcome it instead of trying all the other already-done solutions I'm trying man, I even thought that if I'm going more gold, i might as well try going the SAFE + reboot route. Except that Reboot's Templar This game is so damn meticulously designed. But I intend on finding a solution to the Ezio conundrum!

I think Femmes with Art Gallery + Borgia Towers is a strong idea I don't have enough Femme Fatale so I don't know if it's true or not

As long as everyone uses Tactical Upheavel and counters I doubt that.

So... No one has any suggestions for this deck? Beyond saving?

So I tweaked it a lot and it became an Ezio discard deck "Ezio's Amnezia". Then I decided that too many decks have good enough ways to deal with agents that it wasn't worth it, then it became "Ezio's Not Here". Bottom line... I don't have enough cards to play Ezio decks

Nah you're right, it was a pretty put-together deck, not quite tweaked and refined... I have since changed it up - and here's where I left it before I went chasing another deck idea... I give you: Ezio's Amnesia: Discard/Income 5 Divine Intervention 5 Answered Prayers 5 Mysterious Stranger 5 Ritual Sacrifice Defence 3 Amerigo Vespucci 5 Scientific Espionage 3 Pagan High Priest 2 Contodierro Tactics Pressure 5 Pick Your Poison 3 Family Heirlooms 5 Ezio Auditore Da Firenze 2 San Gimignao 2 Ancestral Discovery The game is simple - discard and defend, and drop Pressure and steal cards. While easy on paper, anyone played with lots of steal cards know it's VERY difficult to master. And I like that Add to that the complication of stolen templar cards being unplayable half the time cos of Ezio... Whew. The problem mainly with this deck is that agents that get out quick (Lanz or rush Cesares) tend to destroy me quite easily. And my own agents don't last long cos EVERYONE packs agent kill. Untimely end is VERY popular it seems. So I've abandoned this idea for another... But still, I want to do a good Ezio Firenze deck Looked at Crime and La Volpe (I only have 1 though) + thieves + Ezios, but then why the hell would I NOT play Lanz?

He's a conumdrum to me at the moment, I mean with him being a noble , . He doesn't tie in with any noble boosting abilities or any order cards really. Maybe him being a noble is just flavour from the story because I don't see any reason for him to be one.
Also there's a card that changes the faction of another agent or memory. I can't remember it or find it anywhere. Or did I just dream this?

There is, it's a site that changes a target's faction. Which really doesn't help Ezio cos it only works after you play it. Can't change factions of cards in my hand. He's a huge conundrum and therefore I really REALLY wanna build that cool Ezio deck. If there IS one I want to find it!!! Half the cards I need him to work with are Templar. That's really it. So... Someone please help! Suggest things in my deck I'll try it!

My Ezio deck is actually coming together now, I'm not sure whether to keep playing it though. It's definitely not noob friendly ( chock full of rares ) and a first day Doomsday definitely has the potential to generate rage.
