Simply put, the more people joining the Unofficial Recollection community, the more knowledge about the game is out there, the more people will enjoy it and the more survivable the game will be in the long term.

I enjoy the game. I want it to survive and get an auction house and tournaments and more expansions and and and.

So if you can help by doing these simple things, it would go a long way towards this goal

I've made blunders and pissed people off, I've been a little obnoxious from time to time, and that's given me perspective on how to do things and how not to do things:



1) Add the URL to your game center signature
Add bit.ly/acrecollection or bit.ly/acrecollection to your signature - the shortened url will link to this forum directly.

2) Use the short url bit.ly/acrecollection or bit.ly/acrecollection in your signatures in other forums (without violating other forums' rules!)

3) Don't spam the link needlessly, no one likes a spambot.

4) Join our facebook fanpage too at bit.ly/acrboard
The more people are on it, the more prominent we are on social networks. Don't worry, we don't spam the page - only important information goes on there - it's great for getting Recollection info when you're not on the forum as often.

5) Share strategy and information to people who will care, where people will care. Use your discretion, there's no point in posting Recollection decks in a car forum, but there's value in talking about Recollection videos in a boardgames forum, for example.

If someone could video themselves doing something incredibly funny, and then at the end of the video say - "yeah we did that cuz we want more people to play acr with us on the unofficial board" and then it could go viral that would help too.

I vote for a a video started whilst watching someone play the game, close up so you can only see his hands, and slowly pan out to some dude in a nice suit surrounded by strippers wearing hardly anything, or in some cases nothing, and the caption could be something like: 'id rather be playing ACR'

that would make me buy the game.... and also rewind and pause the video quite a lot....

Again, I don't understand what you're looking for and what you're not finding between this header and the images on the facebook... Screen caps of the forum will do too...

I don't know what you're asking for... They're there for anyone to take...

We have managed to organically grow to third spot on page two of the google search "assassins creed recollection forum".

A few more people linking to www.acreedrecollection.proboards.com will over time at least bring us to the first page. I'm hoping to reach this goal by end of March.
