I notice the counter is fixed but I am not sure if the exploit still exists. I have several games with the counter goes to 0 and I lost the games due to disconnect.

If you had a lost, could it be your connection was not so good when it happened?
Note that if you see that often with the same opponent, you could send me in private his Game Center account and if we have several complains about the same person, we might try to contact him.
