The main core of this deck is my 5x Tactical Upheaval 5x Dante Moro 2x Evasive Manuevers (wish I had more, I'd also love some Ancestral Heirlooms) 3x Quick Study (to grab the core cards, I wish I had more)
Other actions: 5x Militia Training (for if I don't have a Safe-giver available and want to Upheave, as well as boosting normally.) 5x Knowledge has a Price (I love this card so much.) 3x Court Order (all I've got, so I added the next one) 1x Preemptive strike If I had any knowledge is power, those would undoubtedly go in. 1x Daring Experiment (Lots of extra cash) 2x Power to the People (anti site) 1x Scientific Espionage (Counters Carnivale, which screws this thing up.
Other Agents used: 2x Pantasilea Baglioni (All I have) Wonderful when Upheaved 2x Amerigo Vespuicci (All I have) safe + Upheave or Militia + Upheave owns 4x Field Researcher (All I have. These guys are arguably core.) 1x Giovanni Mocengo (I felt like it) 4x Teodore Viscardi (I typically end up with plenty of gold with this deck, so he works out well)
Sites 3x San polo Venezia (anti site) 1x Lair of Romulus (just for kicks)
Would love to try red green with this concept; Papal Guard would be great, as would bienveiuto, although I've only got one.
Thoughts? This deck works pretty well for such a narrow concept. Claudia Auditore works, however I ran out of space and Teodore burns income just as well. Rich Merchant and Horse Trader could fit.

Even though the idea is fun, playing 3 cards (agent, upheaval, and safe) to create one "super" agent is far too expensive in term of card usage. Together with your beloved knowledge has a price you give your opponent a huge card advantage.
You wil probably not win a lot of games with this deck...

The way I play it is just as a standard blocking deck. However, instead of saving up for sites, I save up for empowering the agents. I should put more draw cards in...

I've been playing a similar deck. I call my "The Safety Dance". It's a pretty miserable failure. Funny though.
