Lol weltista has insane deck :D

I just came out form a head to head rumble with weltista... Pew the man has quite a deck there lol! Any1 played against him omg? I got totally wiped on the 1st run and guess what the second match brought? .... Him again!! but i got lucky with a few cards and won it eventually.

Weltista? How much did you spend in order to get that deck together?! nice setup!

Basically its a green/red assassin build with tons of rares...da vincis, atleast 3-4 choose a card from opponent's hand, holy wrath, erase agents, sites, score boosters, drawing memory madness. Glitch, with tons of discard and erase stuff. I myself played an art gallery/carnivale income boost deck with a few twists and surprises for when the shit hits the fan...but its constructed out of hard worked points.

Anywayz, great build imo, maybe if he lurks these forums he can shed some more light on it. I actually get a thrill out of some moments, the dinamic the game gives with the day/night cycle is rlly nice (even tho i wouldnt like mtg to go down this road for example).

Ps. Lol, i wrote this post, went back to play, and matched up against him again! I took about 15 seconds to figure out what to play....chose the same deck lalz but he swapped for blue/red wheenie deck!...again got lucky and he let me win...why m8 ?! Why swap decks!! Haha cheers to the imba/red green assassin

Yeah I ran up against that a couple of times the other day and got obliterated by it. Great player. Great deck.

I just ran into him this morning. He was running discard/unblockables. It was very close (wiyhin a card close) but I eventually got a discard lock on him and beat him down with his own Grimaldi. By far the most entertaining of the 10 games I played this morning and someone I'd enjoy playing again.

I think you are a little bit over excited. I beat him 2 times today while he used the same deck as you mentioned.

Instead of saying you beat the deck twice, perhaps emphasise on what you used to beat it to help the op understand what can be done?

Well, it is a card game afterall, and that means something doesn't it? At that particular game, the draws happend to come up in a way that made the game as exciting as it sounds. I dont know the guy but i know he is playing mostly what i described up there and some other, less nicely designed decks. Because thats what i liked, the design of his deck that just seemed to counter, anything my deck was pulling. So basically, i beat obvious big time spender decks, just as i got asskicked by green/blue starter decks sometimes. I do hope your next match on him will point it out, if not, why not share a few of your deck's details with everyone here?
