I hope you are on these boards, you could have / should have won several times there, when you stole my butcher and then decided to try and clear out my 8 points on region 1 rather than get a second 10 points in region 2 you also did the same thing about 5 minutes later when I stupidly played my second butcher in region 3 when you could have easily won in region 2 again. In the end it came down to both safe butchers, but I pulled my card which took -1 -1 from your butcher which resulted in a win for me. close game, but I should have lost also, wtf happened when your lanz 3/3 killed my 5/5 borgia chap?

Lanz has threat, so if you blocked him that's why you died.

but I would assume a 3/3 threat would still only deal 3 damage to my 5/5 agent, not outright kill him fullstop?

ANYTHING blocking a threat agent will die without dealing damange. Unless it has threat or cunning [edit: or safe]. 10/10 Blocking 1/1 Lanz? Dead. Lanz lives. That's the POINT of threat If blocking agent dealt damage then there'd be no point.

I love threat, but would it not make more sense that threat would kill the opposing agent, but also that the agent with threat would die as well if the opponents strength is higher? I.e. threat being more like that killing courtesan (can't remember her name now).

Well, it makes sense to me... I'm a mafioso. So I threaten you. And you go away. I won't go kill myself after, would I?
