So this is a slightly meta deck. I read Ringel's Lanz topic and agreed, so I decided to base a deck on the fact that people lose it when they see a Lanz, or, to a lesser extent, Carlo Grimaldi. While they focus on that, I throw high-powered sites up. Once they see those, it's too late/Lanz has scored.
Income boosting -> Lanz -> Sites.
Core Cards
5x Discreet Calling For Lanz Summoning
4x Lanz (All I have) For obvious reasons. They also make the militia barracks practical if they score once.
4x Cento Occhi Footpad For keeping up appearances of a thief deck/income
2x Carlo Grimaldi For more pressure on the opponent, use a tactical upheaval on this guy.
1x San Gimignano (regrettably, the only one I own) For Massive Influence
4x Lair of Romulus For slightly lower influence
2x Forli (All I've got) Obvious
3x Militia Barracks Obvious
Income Boosters
4x Plentiful crop 4x Forced Inheritance 5x Discreet Calling 3x (miserable luck...) By Order of the King
Other 3x Tactical Upheaval For Carlo and for anti-Dante/Amerigo.
2x Antonio Di Magianis Anti-site if things don't work out
5x Court Order Countering
1x Pantheon I wanted to try it out.
2x Sudden Exaustion For use with the Tactical Upheaval and for stopping any Ercole Massimo, Agustino Barbarigo, Donator Mancini, etc you get my point
1x Brilliant Burglary For lulz.
Comments and (constructive) criticism appreciated.

The trick doesnt work as good in recollection, since you allways keep your hand. U dont row certain cards u think you do not need. I also think that after a nerf lanz doesnt threaten me anymore.
Two side attack decks are allways intresting, but work more on a rush basis. Have u tried dropping blue for purple and patronage? (well yeah u need 5 then)

I'd love to do that, but I have exactly no political patronage. The two sites are typically out by before the fifth day, so it moves pretty fast. The Lanz + large site combo works pretty well even if the opponent isn't afraid of Lanz, since Lanz is a credible threat.

Are you sure you need that many plentiful crop? I've found in my Eco assassin deck (black/green, lanz, San gimignano, antonio, Bartolemeo) that I can get away with only one or two in the entire deck because I have so many other cards that boost income (sudden exhaustion, tactical, discreet, Footpad etc). It'll slim your deck slightly giving you better draws, and you should still be ok money wise. I like your use of Footpad, the downside I have found with lanz is most other cheap agents give income, and playing two or three lanz early can cramp your income (ok, maybe that somewhat nullifys my previous point), but Footpad overcomes that nicely. Have you tried Bartolemeo, I love using him with lanz, 4 influence, threat, and plus 1 gold. If you get into a tight situation, the ability to score 4 immediately can be a lot better than lanz who takes a few days to get that much.

Bartolomeo's one of my favorite cards. I wanted to put him in, and I'm thinking of switching him for the burglary. I've run it a coupe more times, and Pantheon works well.

I like your deception concept in this deck! A few things I would recommend, and maybe others can comment as well.
I would replace Court Order with Untimely end just so can get rid of annoyances before they are on the board and can block you Lanz. Also they cost 2 instead of 5 (I know they don't provide an income boost)
Also another recommendation may be to get rid of the blue entirely and replace it with Scholar to help draw cards and get to the major cards you need/want faster. Also I'm a big fan of Nicholas Copernicus(Cost 4 - when he scores draw a card) While there is no income boost from him, he does become a threat and may make it tough for your opponent to decide who to block, Lanz or Nocholas.
Either way, great concept!

Court order also stops memories before they hit the board and are much more versatile than untimely end. They also cost 4. You're thinking of another blue card that costs 5 and erases agents?

Ahhhhh yes I was! I was thinking of the "erase target agent" card. Sorry about that!

I built a faith site-rush/Lanz deck, and it works quite well. The aforementioned draw/Lanz + site was fun, but I got bored after a while.

Could be interesting to have an updated version of it now that we have the AH.
