Hey all!
Here is what I wanted to be a fun deck at first. Then quickly, I saw the effects of the crime cards on the field and tweaked it to become a real monster deck. It's fast, consistent, full of threats and solutions.
Undefeated so far online.
5 Political Patronage 5 Forced Charity 5 Discreet Calling
1 Cento ochi Footpad (only when low on ressource boosters) 5 Lanz 5 La Volpe 5 Mario Auditore 3 Antonio de Magianis 4 Ezio Auditore, Assassin
3 Against all Odds 3 Assassins Guild 3 Secret Catacombs 3 Change of Plans
Proportions can be altered in the action cards part.
Playbook: Not very hard to play. Wait to be sure to know what your opp is playing before picking a card with DC. If you need ressources, pick the Cento. If you want to aggro, pick Lanz. End game, pick Ezio. Obvious so far.
Assassins Guild are to be played before all other solutions to opti their influence threat.
After that, it's just a matter of chosingthe right region to attack.
Hope you'll enjoy it.

Very similar to my Eco assassin deck, except I use green for more draw power, and a few more pure control cards (only one ezio and one mario auditore, so it's unfortunate but inevitable). Yours must be faster because of all the PP (I have two Knowledge has a price for speeding things up, I always swore I wouldnt use them because of card advantage, but with green draw power and blacks inherent ability to get card advantage, I have never run into a problem because of it.)
I absolutely love the way you can use discreet calling with this deck to handle any situation. Low on cash: call footpad. Struggling against sites: call Antonio (And giovani auditore in my deck). Thats also why I like green, If it's a fatty or grimaldi I quick study COP, if it's a big site I quick study catacombs. I would be very interested to play this deck with mine, see which wins between your speed and my extra draw power. Green does slow my deck down a bit, but 90% of the time I regain control with card advantage.

Have you considered bartolomeo d'Alvania, perhaps in place of lanz? You get the plus one gold (perhaps unnecessary in your deck), bt he scores a lot quicker than lanz, epsecially with la volpe in your deck. I find myself playing him more and more even when I have lanz in my hand.

Thx for your input. Green is great but I really need the burst given by PP early game to be the one threatening the opp.
Bart looks really like a poor replacement for Lanz. It's 2 more and doesn't have his awesome effect. Why do you think it's a good idea?

I play the bargain version without PP or many Assassin rares: "Lanz Lanz Revolution". Still kills pretty consistently (but we've had that conversation already)

I'm playing a very similar deck with Faith. Played it 22 or so times, only lost one game (to Ringel). It's very effective against most deck types but has a couple weaknesses (one of which Ringel exploited to win a game that was either very close or not at all close depending in whether he had a counter left). I also found out why I've been largely playing better decks recently. I updated and all my opponents were a whole lot worse.

By the last turn I had a nice safe counter, but earlier I almost let your Antonio get through (the last one I Exhausted) because I had temporarily forgotten you were playing red.

I like Bart because of the plus one gold (I dont have pp, so it helps a lot), and he scores 4 immed, vs. lanz 1. Think about it like this. For 6 gold I get 2 lanz, that score 3 in the first round of attack (1 and 2), and 7 in the second round (3&4). For 10 gold I get 2 barts, plus 2 income. In the first round I score 8, in the second round I score 8. That's 16 vs. 10. Ok, so you have another thief down, (you are playing a lot of mercs, so I assume 1). With 2 lanz down ( and depending on timing), he is going to score an extra 2 in round one and an extra 4 in round two. So 16 vs. 16. BUT, lanz is going to draw all the blockers, so his effect is not going to take affect for a while....
Maybe in your deck it plays out differently, case of all your auditore, blockers are killed, and lanz runs wild? Or make with all those pp's you have an extra 3 thieves down, in which case lanz is much better? I guess it comes down to how the deck plays out, I just know in my deck I have lanz and Bart, and I'll often pick bart.

He's great for scoring, but he's too expensive for my curve. I need low cost problems for my opp to deal with.

It was a close variation. But it is a good deck anyway, and yep, it was a good game. I did a mistake. Took too long to play a card mid-game and maybe it could have been this 1/2 missing day. :]

I just tried this deck and it is very good. I won so fast I felt bad. Until I know I played someone before and they have a decent deck I don't think I will play it again. Very fun though.

Finally I have the cards to play it, and its awesome. La Volpe and Lanz usually did it alone for me.
