So I've been tinkering on this fun concept for the last few days, and I'd like to hear your suggestions to improve it, and maybe move it to the Competitive section! It can be very fast already with a good starting hand. I've won 2 games already on the beginning of day 3, but atm it's really an all in rush deck. 5x Dama Rossa 5x Political Patronage 5x Cahin 5x Art Gallery 5x Knowledge is Power 2x Scientific Method 5x Quick Study 2x Bitter Sweet 5x Ill intentioned Gift 4x Scientific Espionage 5x In-Depth Analysis 2x Impending Pandemic So the idea of this deck is based around the Media cards in combination with Ill Intentioned Gift Some tips: - Play Art Gallery asap and then play Cahin...
- Ill Intentioned Gift is there to get Cahin back and play him again and to move the Art Gallery to a different Region.
- Make sure you time it right to score fast points. Play IIG before you attack to protect Cahin and Dama Rossa when blocked, and bypass the cooldown time. Just let the Art Gallery do the scoring!
- Fun fact: the militants stay on the field after playing IIG, so you can flood the game with small agents fast
- Dama Rossa is nice to help scoring and play over and over again, too...
- Imp. Pandemic is there to play when things get out of control!
- Save your Scientific Espionages to protect your agents and sites, or to counter a Papal Influence or Royal Intervention.
... With this deck you should be able to outrun discard and heavy site decks (managed it a few times already)! It does however require you to pay close attention, because of all the timing elements involved.

Lost, lost and lost. ^^ i'm not so sure about the combo, it's not that easy to pull out. AG is the card getting countered. Innovative still!

Hahaha, sorry! And thanks! Today I collected my 500$ with this deck, and had to play only 12 games, So I thought it did pretty well. Maybe it is too dependend on Art Gallery... If you have any suggestions to improve it, do let me know...

Nice idea! Very nice reversal of Ill Intentioned.

I love this idea! an addition to this might be to use big sites and to relocate them for more scoring, but that might be juuuust as slow and unreliable. Love the idea if only there were more/as many/as strong come into play kickers in media as crime

It looks to me like there is a lot of card draw but minimal threat. If they can stop your art galleries you're not going to be able to overrun them with just your little friends. I think that if you managed to slide in a little more threat your win condition wouldn't be solely based on the 5 galleries. I like the overall concept, I just think that the current iteration depends too heavily on the combo of keeping a couple AG out there.

Did you think about using engineer's workroom? You might be able to do some interesting things with that to get the AG on the board and it's much tougher to counter/people let it slide more often. Also, you could do some good stuff with its timing and IGG as it's not media.

Just played another three games with this deck, and won three times... 2 thieves decks and 1 standard order/scholar deck. Like I said before, timing is very important. I haven't tried the Engineer Room yet... That might work! I do need to have the heavy drawing in there to get the cards needed...Maybe I could loose them, but I don't know what to replace them with. Ideally you have at least 2 IIGs in your hand. That's why it's drawheavy... Tuism, actually the whole idea started with Pietro, Cristina Vespucci and Legionnaire Thespian icw IIG, but that was too slow! Big sites are too slow indeed as well! This deck outruns the site decks I have encountered so far. Thanks for all your input. I will experiment some more and will report back!

I must have a very bad timing. I won a few anyway!
Most of the time, I don't even have the cards in hand, and by the time Quick Study resolves, the field is already lost.

Silvestro Sabbatini might be a nice addition to the deck as well. He gives all militants +1/+1 when he gets into play. Replaying him over and over again will quickly boost your virtual militants that do stay in play.
