That was some CRAZY fast income you had going on man...holy crap! Nice game though. I had 3x Carnivale in my hand at the end there. I knew when I chose Carnivale to discard it was game! I do think had I played any other deck I would have been screwed lol.

lol, I was actually playing something pretty goofy. I accomplished what I was going for vs Brontobeuf a couple minutes ago.

I have a order/media Carnivale rush deck that reminded me of yours. What was the accomplishment? Now I'm curious lol xD

vs Brontobeuf I opened with: Political Patronage -> A Call To Action -> Exit Stage Right targeting the 1/1 Militant -> Il Carnefice
I run a few Carnevales just as a backup win condition. If I don't have anything going in my opener it plays like a mediocre control deck until I bust something out. It's fun though!

Same! ^^ i gave up on the Butcher deck because of,this, despite the fact that I got huge fun with it.

Yep it's usually an all-or-nothing strat although I have won random games just ramping to Carnevale and never getting the axe man out. It's fun and effective enough to stay in the rotation, it's just not tier 1 or anything.

had same opening yesterday Political Patronage -> A Call To Action -> Exit Stage Right targeting the 1/1 Militant -> Il Carnefice great combo and very painfull for the opponent, my deck must be very similar to yours, do you use other big hitters in the deck or just Big Blue? I agree that the opening hand determines the game with this deck but it's fun to play, specially if you get lucky on the draw!
