So just now, I bought $50 worth of points from the store in anticipation of cracking some packs for my purposes.
Lo and behold, the $50 were deducted, BUT I didn't get a single point. Beautiful. Just beautiful.
I messaged them on their FB Fanpage just now, but this bull is just unacceptable.

Try to quit the application (shut it down) and start it again. Hope it helps.
I tried something similar and was ready to throw a fit. Then they appeared later.

sometimes its just a connection issue and not their fault.. like lirufaxb said, restart the app or even the iPhone and they should appear soon. good luck!

They have a forum you can write in.
But see if it ain't there tomorrow morning. That's what I remember. It was there after a while.
You will get your money back. One way or another, but damn it sucks.

Wrote into their forum and their Fanpage on Facebook. Let's hope they get me a refund because I now have the cards I needed after making two $20 IAP's...

Just to reassure you. Either it is a display/refresh issue and you will have your points soon, or it is a real bug and (as far as I know) Apple can refund you without too much trouble. So far, reading this forum, I've never heard of someone who got stolen by this APP. :]
Hope you'll get a positive ending too.
