Yop, Here is a meta-deck. It is supposed to be stronger agaisnt the stronger decks played nowadays. But it lacks a little something to make it competitive imo. I will need comments and playtesting on this one if you are seduced by its meta-concept. :] 1x Fishing Village 1x Romani Pickpocket 5x Political Patronage 5x Discreet Calling 5x Forced Charity 1x Cento Occhi Footpad 1x Slave Trade 4x Tactless Theatrics 3x Sudden Exhaustion 4x Role Reversal 2x Mob Justice 1x Venezia, San Paolo District 1x Mario Auditore 1x Ezio Auditore, Assassin 1x Incite Revolt 1x Condotierro Tactics 4x Familly Heirloom 4x Assassin Stronghold 5x Ezio Auditore, Mentor *Playbook* Play passively and defensively until you have a good chance to win with your fat crime cards. Not that hard to play. :] Hope you will enjoy it!

well the firist thing i do see is 5 ezio mentor. too much imo. id cut it by 2. you basicallly only want one mentor on the field anyway. maybe instead of two of them put in cards that can protect them or ezio assassins? since you got assassin strongholds you shouldnt have to much problems with agents. sites still might hurt you. catacombs could be a good decision. why you got sudden exhaustion? i dont feel like its needed in a crimedeck at all. you got tacteless against weenie rush. if you expect to run into alot of silvios maybe.. but i dont feel hes really strong in the meta.

I find no disrupt and no carddraw a bit disturbing for a control deck.

well hes all about winning boardadvantage. fitting in the new purple draw card could be a good idea but he got much too less agents... hmm i just feel like purple is completely useless in this sequence

This is the kind of deck, that looses to 4 papals. I build many of this decks, and I hate loosing to 3-4 Papals, allthough my enemy sisnt do anything else.

I don't have draw power, so I need winning cards in 5 copies. I can reduce Ezio to 4 because of the callings, but not less. Media is here because they have the only solution for sites in the game in surprise with Role Reversal. If you know a draw engine in media/crime that is not agent dependant, let me know. Sudden Exhaust is here because it's the best surprise to deal with agents so far, and yes, Silvio scares me. I wouls play Condotierro Tactics if I was not so scared about him in fact, I think he's in a good position in the meta. Funny thing... I won against a Papal deck yesterday. But i see your point. No counter is a bit disturbing but there are other ways to keep your hand on the board. I will reduce to 4 Ezios and add a Tactics maybe. Thx for the feedbacks!

do you use sudden ex as resource boost? if not since you got mentors anyway you could also replace em with COP. more expensive and counterable though... mentor has to be out then

Yeah. You noticed that most of my cards are giving a ressource boost in order to be able to get the fatties on the board asap. COP and Catacombs were in the first version. Good when the Mentor is in play, but not as good as I like them to be when he is not here.
They may come back in a future version as they give a big card advantage that compensates well the lack of Draw Power.
