Im interested to know what effect the market is going to have on the future of the game. I mean your daily 500 is now going to go a lot further than if you were buying booster packs.
Is this not going to mean a big decrease in revenue for Ubisoft? Also if people stop buying boosters and just use the market, won't that mean that the market will dry up? So potentially , is there money to be made by using your daily 500 to buy Templar/assassin packs, to resell?
I would imagine my next step would be to stockpile my daily credits for the next expansion, what are other peoples thoughts?

I was thinking that it kind of puts pressure on them to get expansions out. Wait too long, and everyone is going to be able to drop a ton of credits earned via PvP.

I hope that decks will improve in quality. I expect to lose a lot more. I want to. ^^

Well, from an economics point of view, the more surplus credit there is, the less valuable they become, the more expensive memories will become. But that's WAY long term. In the short term people will start getting cards they want, and chase rares are actually not gonna be that easy to get hold of - people will still have to buy animus credits, as saving up daily winnings won't be quite enough to buy that 3000 credit card, which I think is fair. Revenue will keep up in more or less the same way as before as prices start to normalize. Overall, my expectation is people getting more cards they want and building more focused decks. And we can all start losing more yay high five Bronto

First of all, i expect market to dry out in several weeks tops. So i lay all my extra cards in sell. As for devs, i think they draft-calculated beforehand what kind of impact the market will have. May be they got enough money already to proceed, or planning to expand card pool, which will automatically resault in quick money income(since nobody will have the new cards to trade).
As for people who stock up credits for expantion - it is like 1% of overall ingame population or less - people who have 5 copies of every card.

It' s not so hard then you think, to start stocking up credits. I have spended about 100- 150$ for bousters. Then trade cards on Market. I don't have 5 of all rares, but i have enought cards, to make a lot of competetive decs. For example: i have only 3 forced charity, my deck will be less competetive insted? i don't think so. I still wanted some key assasin rares, but i have credits to buy them + daily revard. I don't need to spend real money for now. Then card expansion is released, i'll take out my credit card

After I spend a couple of hours on the Market yesterday I managed to get at least 4 of every cards save FORCED CHARITY (Arghhh!, I have preemtive strikes to trade though), and I really felt like I didn't need to play anymore (for the 500 credits a day). Even spent some time watching TV because I had nothing better to do anyway...

I spent too much time on the market last night to play though...

I love the fact that more people are able to make more competitive decks now! I've been facing quite a few people today who I had never heard of before, that whooped my ass. I also believe that an expansion is coming soon! I remember they already had a locked button in one of the previous versions of the game for an expansion... I'm happy that Ubisoft listened carefully to their community, by giving us an AH and ironing out most bugs, before bringing out the expansion first. That's one of the reasons that makes me believe this game will still be here in the long run...

Got my ass kicked a lot since AH. I'm gonna build decks with less fun and more evilness inside. :]
