I spent my credits in some booster packs today. It took me *ages* to open them all, to just check the rare, see that I got it already and repeat the process again and again. Long, boring, slow, not fun. It would be great to be able to turn off the current way it works with the boosters openning and have something more fast and efficient. I'm sure the current feature pleases a lot of players, so it should stay available by default. I would even like it if I could buy boosters in groups of 10 and see what I got in my collection after that. If you have 10k credits, that's 100 Templar Booster to open... What a pain! I won't buy boostes for this pool of cards, but I will certainly do it again for the next extention, andso, I'd appreciate such a feature.

Agreed to the above, I feel the same! It's a major pain going through the double wait - wait for the transaction, then wait for the opening and fetching...

i love this feature of the game, so if they do implement a snapshot grid type screen showing all cards you just purchased, deffo leave the current way present in the game for us lowbies to enjoy still

I would like to see some incentive for players who wanna play and are able to win beyond 500 credits a day.
Say 10 credits rewards per game that's beyond the initial 500 credits?
Otherwise, what happens now is that there is no real incentive to play for. Beyond the initial 500. People like me who is hovering around rank 50 but do not intend to grind up the ladder, since the ladder does not reflect skill fully, rather the number of games played.

That should be fixed once an ELO (or some alternative) system is implemented. The draw would be to improve your rating (and the fact that playing the game is actually fun). I usually take out my wacky decks after I get my 500 credits (only to be handily beaten by some of you here!).

I could see this. Each player is in conflict for a region with one other player. Emphasis will be on small, rapid plays and wipes with fewer big plays. Cards like Carnivale become godly. Could be very interesting. Unfortunately, I don't see it working out under the present scheme due to network performance... some matches will simply crater. Nice thought though, and I hope it can be worked out.

I can guarantee you that pretty much any job will give you a higher rate of return if you're just in it for the credits. You should play the game because its fun, the credits are a nice bonus Ubi kicks in.

I'm craving a more competitive edge to the game, this is number one on my wish list.
If ubi could implement anything to gear towards this ( or just a bit of confirmation that you are thinking about it) I will be delighted, 4 player sounds quality. I appreciate the Auction house is what the majority of people want, I'm pretty sure once that has been implemented , the clamour will be for Elo , tourneys, and the next expansion.

I can't wait for tourneys. After the balance changes I'd love to set some offline tourneys up via this board.
That said, a build in system to make tournaments easier would be great.
To start, a rematch button that will automatically pit you against the same player with the same deck choice would be an easy tweak by Ubi to make playing matches easier.

I'd like to the the ability to post your deck ideas in game with Author and deck name. Then anyone who has the cards available to them in their own collection could import that deck into their own set of decks.

I'm in on the alternate formats like Ringel suggested. Also, I always enjoyed limited formats in CCGs. I know drafting would probably be too difficult, at least for now, but some kind of sealed deck could work I think. A five packs of Templar sealed deck option seems natural with the current 500 credit daily reward. Color restrictions and deck size would have to be lessened, but I think it would be fun.
I don't know if limited formats were taken into account when the set was designed or when the packs are generated, but I don't know if that is important if it's just for fun.
I think alt formats are important for the long-term health of the game. Variety makes it less likely to get bored. You can't have too many formats, though, or it might be difficult to match players for a game.

I love that idea RedPipe, seeing the dev comments in another thread (I think Tuism saying his sequences had been lost) they are saying that players will have the ability to upload their sequences to back them up, however I would imagine that it wouldnt be too far fetched to ask those 'backed up' sequences to be made public so anyone else can go and browse and download these sequences....
that would be an awesome function!

1. Booster and Rochester drafts with 5 Mixed boosters (2500 credits = ~$4.5 + Entry Ticket ($1) for prizes). Minimum card count in a deck could be less than 50 (30 for example) In MtG drafts 3 boosters (15 cards each) make it possible to choose about 24 playable cards (without basic lands). So may be even 4 boosters of AC:R would be enough. Sealed is much more booster greedy. Nevertheless I'm waiting for limited formats more than anything else. 2. Normal ratings (DCI like). And please show the rating of opponent somewhere before a duel starts. 3. Ability to see queue of random opponents

PLEASE SHOW THE "RANK" (or LEVEL) OF THE OPPONENT WHEN YOU START A MATCH!
so we can know we have a match with a beginner or an high level one.
