Hey!
We all love this game. And we made this sub-forum to allow us to report the bugs we are facing while we're playing so the Devs can have a look at them and fix them.
But with time, this kind of forum can quickly become a mess. And if it is a mess, it will delay the resolution of the bugs we report here. Worst, some bugs may never be seen by the devs.
That's why we decided to revamp the whole Bug forum.
I want to report a bug!!!
First, check the forum if the bug is already reported here.
Check this by going through the bug list: acreedrecollection.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=bugs&action=display&thread=1076
Use Ctrl+F to quickly search, but please look carefully. Do go into a thread to see if a bug is your bug or related.
If the bug isn't there:
Just open a thread, write down whatever happenned to you. Just try to:
- give correct full names of all the cards involved
- give a sequence of evenements that led to the bug
- use a proper english
- be clear
If it's already reported, you can reply to the thread if you have something relevant to add.
What's next??
One of the moderators will come, check your thread, and modify its title and/or its content if he thinks it's necessary.
And then??
Well, from then it's pretty over. Maybe devs will come and read it, or not. Maybe devs will answer it, or not. We cannot force them to burn some time here, so they are pretty free to use this forum the way they want. Let's just try to be useful and to minimize the loss of time involved in surfing here.
I want to help!!!
You can either send a PM to Pete to become a moderator, or try to confirm all the unconfirmed bugs.
How can I confirm a bug?
We trust each others. If someone comes and say "this happened to me the same way" then a moderator will modify the title to [confirmed]. Anyone can grab his ACR and test some bugs in order to help us confirm the bugs. So, feel free to help!
Why is my bug in low priority?
Priorities work this way:
URGENT: something related to credits, something heavily exploitable, something heavily gamebreaking.
HIGH: minor exploits, gamebreaking experiences.
NORMAL: everything that only affects a single card.
LOW: anything that doesn't affect gameplay (like a display issue, a sound issue, a typo, a wrong picture, etc).
If something is hard to categorize, well, the moderator will use his common sence to sort this out.
You said the bug is FIXED but it's still active!
That's possible. Fixed means that the devs already worked on it, and that the next update of the game (or the next one ^^) will have the fix in it.
Also, you may notice some other tags:
- DUPLICATE means the bug is already documented somewhere else.
- NOT A BUG means that it's Working As Intended (WAI).
(note that DUPLICATE and NOT A BUG threads will be locked)
My bug is old, but it's still active!!
Feel free to bump your own thread if, and ONLY if, you can share new informations about it.
Dude, you are awesome.
I accept free credits.
