I think with 500 credits per day everyone can have some good decks. It's interesting to beat those who paid lots of money for points with what you have and some luck. Toyata can be faster than porche in some situation, just need a specific strategy. If you think those people is just like some AI in the challenge mode maybe you will feel better.

I've done that, back when I was a poor starving proletariat player. Winning vs skilled players with better cards is awesome!

Just as the starving African has prejudices against the high school kind with a playstation, so does the playstation kid has against the upgrade-every-month pc gamer rich kid, who envies the Porsche driving twenty something stock broker who envies Michael Jordan with 10 houses... Etc etc. I get tired of this kind of talk.

Winning Tuism with a budget deck is especially sweet.

Heh, and I welcome anyone to play budget decks, I was the first to start doing 5R decks. I enjoy it. And I did suggest all-commons tourney a while ago, good to see that we've got enough support in the community to run one finally I just don't like it that ppl seem to hate ppl who've supported the game monetarily as if they are the enemy. They are not. In fact they are the reason why the devs continue doing bug fixes, updates and why there's an expansion coming in June. It's not because people are playing for free.

You are absolutely correct. If people didn't put money into the game, there would be no game to play. That's why I paid dollars for credits as soon as I was sure the game would have a future. This is one of the very few "freemium" games I've put cash into. A lot of competitive freemium games have the model where you pay money into the game for just one campaign. At least here you can use your cards over and over.
A better matching system would be healthy for the game, of course.

Yeah, agreed, and we've all drilled that point over and over now, too sorry if I sound like I've forgotten that everyone hasn't been at this forum since day 1, maybe it's time for an announcement thread for all newcomers about the state of the game or something, so that this same point doesn't have to come up again and again and again with every new member. I'm happy for new members, I truly am, but I just get tired of hearing about the same circle of comments. Or... Maybe I should just keep quiet and let the circle continue on its own accord @_@ it's really just my personal problem

Winning Tuism with a budget deck is especially sweet. Beating Ringel with an all common deck is not bad either

;D
I get a kick out of losing to bargain decks. That same deck just lost to a Templar only deck.

I do agree with Tuism...there's nothing wrong with people spending money on the game AT ALL and ultimately, I'm just frustrated with myself/how I'm playing and am expressing it VERY poorly. And I can completely understand Tuism being tired of the same conversations being brought up...I do try to do a search before posting for that very reason. I've been obnoxious with what I've been bringing up recently, I know...again, I've been expressing my frustrations at myself VERY poorly. pastramiok, you are definitely right about not letting it bother me. My perfectionist side is pretty mean to me, unfortunately. I actually hate this idea of bourgeois and don't consider it to be a bourgeois thing at all. Someone can easily appear to be "bourgeois" but be so over-extended in credit card debt that they could declare bankruptcy at any moment. I'm also not in any way trying to make it sound like I have nothing, because that's obviously not the case. I'm not going to go into my personal situation in detail, though. Anyway, it's definitely possible to do well without spending money on this game. Others have certainly proved that. I've just become impatient, confused on where to spend my credits, and frustrated with myself for not doing so well.

Sorry about what I've said that made you think I thought those players who put money are enemies. That's not what I mean. I know their money make it's possible for us to play this good game without money. However, without a matching system there must be some kind of unfair things. I think people who didn't put money shouldn't complain about it, just face it as a challenge, to develop budget decks and new strategies. Everyone can have their way to enjoy the game no matter how much money to put into it.
