There are some agents that give your other agents a health and power boost. There are two different mechanics used, Have and Get the effects are worded like this: "Your Militants have +2/+2" vs "Your Militants get+1/+1" Have is a continuous effect and applied to agents in play and those that come into play after this effect. If the Have agent is removed from play, so is the effect. Caha and La Volpe are Have agents. Get is a one time effect applied to agents that are currently in play when the effect resolves. If the Get agent is removed from play, it's effect will remain. Silvestro Sabbatini is a Get agent. If your facing an agent rush , your likely to face either a Have or a Get agent , or both. Always try to remove the Have agents as a priority as taking them out is still beneficial

To clarify further, the effects are worded like this:
"Your Militants have +2/+2" vs "Your Militants get+1/+1"
In case one the effect is continuous and applied to agents that come into play after this effect.
In case two the effect is once-off and only applies to agents that are there when this effect resolves.

Can I just merge these posts by copy and paste Tuism? Can I just get clarification too on your Have description, you say the effect is applied to agents that come into play after this effect, yet it also applies to agents that were already in play too?

Yes, that is correct. Both apply to agents already in play when they take effect, but have also applies to new agents that come into play later.
