IM not exactly sure how it worked,
but I played a monteriggino and he used a Papal Bull on it. I played a 2nd one, and he used 2 mob justice to destroy em both. Still all actions were surprises. Im not sure if papal bull trggered wrong here *ah this card can turn off borgia, lol* or if 2 monteriggone the same time caused the problem.
I found only brontos other bug.

This just happened to me over the weekend.
1) Opponent plays Monteriggioni - actions become surprises 2) I play Papal Bull on Monteriggioni - no effect, actions are still surprises (Pick Your Poison triggered as a surprise after playing PB) 3) I play Animus Reboot next - all cards are erased, but all actions are still surprises (I played In-Depth Analysis after Animus resolved and it still triggered as a surprise) 4) Are you sure you want to quit the game? Yes.

I had the reverse situation but it involved Monteriggioni too: -opp placed Monteriggioni, i put in venezia.. -after the Monteriggioni was neutralized, he cast wrath of the riteous.. -i smuggly cast court order.. but it was casting like a normal card not a surprise!!! -are you sure you want to quit the game? Yes.
I apologize if you think my issue should be a new post but i think it could be the same issue with Monteriggioni card...

-i smuggly cast court order.. but it was casting like a normal card not a surprise!!! Wait, I don't understand... Venezia already neutralized Monteriggioni at this point so all actions should be normal now. So what's the problem?

The court order is a surprise. It shouldn't become an action after Monterigionni is off the table. I've noticed this bug is back with a vengeance too. VERY irritating.
But this is not the same bug as the one described in this thread. This one is about papal bull not removing monterrigionni's ability.

This one is about papal bull not removing monterrigionni's ability And even worse, that the effect stayed, even if monterigionni's effect stayed with the site allready destroyed.
