After having 5 copies of Niccolo Machiavelli, I excitedly test it with a Media rush deck. But I noticed that there were many suituations that Niccolo lost his Fierce ability, either blocked or blocking. And I had a strong feeling that this happened after his first campaigns. Sigh..... my Niccolo rush deck..... Edit: tested in single player with both Machiavelli and ezio DI Firenze, after first time blocked/blocking and scoring fierce damage/influence, the 2nd time blocked/blocking he will fail to score fierce. Adding to other fierce thread. If this works differently in multiplayer please comment below. Thanks.

I tested Niccolo a few more times, and he only acted as a blocker, mostly blocking 1/1 agents, but only the first block allow him to score, after the first block, he lost Fierce and became a regular agent

just now, I run Niccolo only as attacker, campaigning and being blocked by small agents.
I find out if the first campaign is not blocked, Fierce remains until Niccolo blocks or blocked. Sigh..... Anyway, it really ruins my rush deck.....

Seems there is another thread discussing this bug. I believe blocking or being blocked triggers the lost of Fierce in fierce agents.

I've not experienced this even once, so erm I really can't corroborate... And I've played mr machiavelli quite a bit... Are there any other situation surrounding this loss of fierce? Does it et removed from card text? (screenshot?)

Whoa
Ok just tested this in single player, it indeed seems to be the case. Both nicollo machiavelli and ezio de Firenze failed to score with fierce after the first time they blocked a campaigning agent. I can't believe this hasn't been picked up before now!
I'm assuming that there is no difference between how cards worked in single and multiplayer.
Marking as high importance because it impacts the game quite significantly. And consistently.

Yep, it's HIGH. Looks like a duplicate of the other thread about it. No?

Yeah it is, I realized that after I started doing the editing, so now it's high, duplicate, and I added it to the other fierce thread, and changed the other fierce thread's title to be more concise about the bug

This has been fixed on our side. It will be available in the same update as the new expansion. The problem is not with all fierce, but only with memories who have fierce by default.
