I maintain that popping agents out one by one as opposed to waiting for a big drop will yield better results the simple fact being if your opponent has ways of dealing with them, he would still have them in his hand if you hadn't dropped the agents. If he doesn't, you're scoring bonus points over if you kept them in your hand. And dropping 3 in a row is the worst thing against a nuke if you don't happen to have enough counter in hand.
