I can log into uplay maybe 15% of the time. Assuming I do log in I can play games with few issues, but attempting to use the market results in crash to desktop. Finally got into the market after 10 or so attempts today. Crashed after trying to sell one card. The fun to crap ratio is way off, I'm out of here until the next update. Bye

Have you ever tried a different connection connecting to the internet?
I have two 3G connections. Using one of them yields me ok results. Sometimes really bad. Sometimes useless.
The other one I have almost no problem with all the time.
Try other connections to the internet. Just try it. Go to someone else's house. Whatever. Just try it before writing it off.

I agreee alteam, for now atleast. I'm so sick of not being able to log in and I completely agree with your 15% log in ratio. Its pretty ridiculous, I guess I'll have to wait for the next update ... I made the mistake of trusting the system and buying a Booster pack yesterday.. i still have no fricken clue what cards I got because when I clicked to open it it said "cannot connect to UBI and then 2 hours later when I finally got back on UBI the pack was gone so I went to check the market to find at least what new rare I had and the market crashed... "cannot connect to UBI" again. I still love the game and will try to connect every now and then, but like I said I just hope that they can do something about this in the next update. It should be priority #1, what's the point of releasing new content if the game itself has a MAJOR issue.

Again, I suggest you guys to try alternative connections, IF you haven't yet. I say this not because they have nothing to sort out and everything is hunky dory, I say this because I have in my personal experience - had GOOD experiences and BAD experiences. And when I tried different connections I got good experiences fairly consistently. It would be crap for you guys if you CAN play it without a problem and it was your connection rather than the game that's the problem. IF. Good luck to you guys

This sucks, I spent the past 30 minutes trying repeatedly to log in. How in the world is it this difficult to get right.
I am a programmer and I know that they are completely programming the system wrong.
You don't CLEAR the users name and password on a bad login, instead cache them so I don't have to retype whenever their server messes up.
I had issues with uPlay before, but now it's just terrible...
I've tried on 3g, on wifi, etc. the system is terrible.

Also, I'm mainly on wifi, I don't dare try this crap on 3g, too many game disconnects as it is on FIOS wifi.

My guess (or maybe just hope) is that they are testing the new expansion on the real servers and therefore had to put database logging and debugging on. Making the server really slow...

I cannot use the 3G because I use an iPhone and last I checked it does not allow iPhones to play on 3G

I really hope that's the case, Roebi...
I was going to post something similar here but altaem beat me to the punch - I was going to ask if anybody else has noticed that it's harder to login to uplay after the update or if anybody has played a game, won, then didn't receive their credits because it lost the connection. I probably lost 200 credits because of the connection issues after winning a game. I don't mind losing those credits because I can play again but the problem is I can't connect consistently to uplay thus costing me time.
I do hope they fix this soon because it's really killing the overall gameplay experience. As a side note, I've downgraded my rating of the game from 5 to 4 stars - I still like the game overall, but the connection issue is starting to wear me down.

Tested in 4 different connections, 3 wifi 1 3G. Still painful to connect ot Ubi and, as dacopenhagen said, I'm agonizing of have to retype my login/pass everytime.
I really like a lot this game to, but these issues certainly are making people leave the game.
Could be a poor server that doesn't support the number of players connections, problems with the game programming, or both?

Things seem especially off right now. Server issues?

Got agree with the trend here, Today has been awful, horrible, terrible,
Xbox360 on GR:FS, AC:B and AC:R MP have been good today, so has AC:RA for Iphone,
I have got onto three games all day and the third I did not get my credits because of the server. I think However, it may be a Uplay thing, As I was unable to get on Uplay in GR or get on the Uplay App. So not an AC:Rec issue i think, but a Uplay problem, since you need uplay to play MP... it is a probelm.

Connectivity is much improved now. I think there is something up with Uplay that was resolved or needs to be resolved.

Last night I couldn't log in at all, today has been a breeze. It was a temporary issue. If you write off a game for having months of good play according to a day or a week's connectivity problem, well, the joke's on you, cos I'm playing and having fun

There is still something wrong here. Today I keep crashing to the desktop every time I try to log into uplay. So I cant game or use the market place.
I regret I spend some money on cards yesterday - when I finally could. I'll wait until the server issues are fixed before spending money on the game. It's been horrible after this patch. More than before.
Update: I just tried on my iPhone on wifi as well. Same problem. Crash to desktop after trying to log in.
Update: it works fine again. No problem for the last 8 hours or so.
