While you constructed some of the best decks (really the best decks I used from forum directly were ures), dont you think this is kinda a design trap.
The effects are not that superb to use a card like devoutet schoolar, wich is not a very stron and also slow card. (a day to get an effect min.)
Id use them more as a supportive in a normal deck (Nico deck benefits badly from the schoolar one) rather than building a strategy around 11 cost cards.

Isn't Devoted Scholar a better alternative for Nico C. now that you have the 11cc's in a "Nico Deck". It's garanteed card drawing, because it doesn't rely on having to score...

Devout is very slow, wich i see as biggest problem. Nicolo is for an aggresive deck, and powers it up so much, cause like if you play PP+ Nico you loose 3 cards for one nico. Now u redraw 2 Cards with the schoolar 11 and have a super fast nico without any extra cost.
Decout schoolar is a slow card, wich would fit more into a control deck. But the 11 cost effect are only on black/green useful for control. And then Id rather use the faster effects, like the green 1 cost card, where I can trigger fast. I mean the black one u use to answer a card on the board. With devout, if not luckily allrdy there it takes u at least a day to answer his card.

Dudes, why are you arguing over that and forgetting the red DISCARD ALL HIS 10 cost and below cards combo? That's the one I'll build first

I'm pretty sure that that's a bug, cos when things come into play, that ability should trigger - regardless of where it came from. Will drop this into bugs

Actually all the 11 cost only trigger the bottom row, so pretty sure no bug. Also it would be to strong. God I just produced a 30/20 ally

Hmmmmm I don't agree though, unless the second row's deployment negates the usual ability - but it's not documented as such - as in there's no line that says "if this card is played this way the original ability doesn't happen"...
But yes I guess they would be imba if they triggered. Meh.

The gold one is the best. By far. Because it stays in your hand and allows you to feed all your discard effects for ever. This. If you have a Basilica di Santa Maria in play and the 11 cost gold in your hand, suddenly every green card you play is +2 income.

Lol cool combo wonder if that's a viable deck (remember that lawnmower deck? )

Lol cool combo wonder if that's a viable deck (remember that lawnmower deck? ) I've been playing with it and the income does come quickly. Perhaps in a merchant deck or Juno (if anyone has 4 junos they want to sell, I'm happy to test).
