I used a rush deck in some scenarios, with a lot of common revelation memories (media - order) giving me fast agents (0 cost agents and 1/1 or 2/1) good for this solo missions: R2C2, R2C4, R2C7, R2C8 (is very very effective in 7-8) You can win in less than 3 minutes (giving speed) and get the bonus so quickly.
Rare: P.Patronage x5 Altair x2 Preemtive Str. x4
Common & Uncomon: Den Defense x5 Ottoman Militia x4 (0. 1/1) Teodor x4 (0. 0/1) Templar Recruit x4 (-1. 2/1) Brothers in Arms x4 Advanced Training x4 Mag. Personality x3 Darim x5 (3. 2/2 DECP.) Borgia Tower x4 Count Order x4
of course you can change the rares for forced inheritance, other comon counters or scoring memories (it also works, but add 2 minutes to the win)
Hope you can beat them

My favorite was creating a deck for the mission where your memories don't have any abilities. The deck was full of Machiavellis, golden Ezios, Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained, and Octavians. Easiest mission to beat by far. I used a lot of agents with threat to beat the majority of the remaining missions, as the computer will always (stupidly) block an agent with threat with just about any agent it's got.
